Located off of Monterey square, a block north of Forsyth Park and less than a mile walk down to River Street this condo makes it easy to explore historic Savannah, just park the car as you won't need it here. Recently renovated, this condo built in the early 1900's still maintains it's classic charm while providing all the modern-day comforts. This 2nd floor walk-up has been furnished with an array of antiques, giving it a comfortable welcoming appeal. Inside the open plan living area you will find the bright and inviting living room which features a large sofa and flat-screen TV. There are several areas of free parking in close vicinity to the condo (a few steps across Drayton Street on Gordon and on many of the streets surrounding Forsyth Park). The spaces directly in front of the building are metered.
