I have been here three times. Pros-great location. breakfast is good. staff always friendly. mini store in lobby. roof top bar/pool. Cons-No self parking. often a long line at checkout and check in. Noise from the RTB is crazy on weekend nights until about 11 pm. maybe a lower floor room wouldn’t be too loud. Complimentary water at check in would be nice. Otherwise it’s $3.50 a bottle.

When we first arrived, there was Cheetos dust on the couch and pieces of Cheetos on the floor. The kitchen was clean, but whomever stayed before us left a dirty plate in the dish washer. Additionally, we booked a Courtyard room on Expedia. I believe we were charged more for that view. We were given a "City View" room which meant we were by a major roadway and heard cars/trucks all night long. However, the valet attendants were phenomenal and really helpful. Just a nice group of young men. We had an issue with our car, and they found a battery charger for us. The bartender on the roof was really great too!! We had fun and the DJ was super nice. The front/check-in staff were very friendly as well.

Got there about noon. Only had one day stay. No early check in Actually no room till after 4pm. Front desk anything but pleasant. At check out valet couldn’t find our keys. Said weren’t in system. But we were charged. Front desk again not any help.
