The Blue Belle of Lincoln is nestled in a quiet residential area, one block from Broughton Street which is the pulse of the Historic District. You'll find plenty of shopping, dining and historic sites within a short walk!

This residential apartment building was built in 1917 features the original hardwood floors, windows and ornate moldings & fireplaces. There are small balconies on the front that hover among the Live Oak tree canopies.

The Blue Belle of Lincoln is on the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms and one full bath for a maximum of 4 guests.
The living room is spacious and decorated with deep blues and golds and has a small balcony nestled in the Spanish Moss ladened trees. What a view! The floor plan is open to the dining room that seats 4 and the fully outfitted kitchen with a stackable washer & dryer.

Around the corner is a desk if you're working remotely or need a private spot to check emails. Down the hall you approach the first bedroom with 2 twin beds, dresser and closet. The fully renovated bathroom has a combo tub/shower and plenty of storage for your belongings. The 2nd bedroom is at the end of the hall way with lots of natural light and a king size bed, dresser & closet.
Note: We just purchased ALL NEW MATTRESSES based on past guest experiences!

There is a 2-story stairway to approach our apartment, so if you have mobility issues, this isn't the space for you. The building does not have an elevator.

NOTES:

Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old. No exceptions.

Once reserved you will receive all letters from Luxury Living Savannah. Please check your spam/junk folders.

PARKING:
The area has metered, street parking by The City of Savannah. 2 blocks over is the Lincoln Street Parking Garage and you can purchase digital passes online.

Contact the City of Savannah Parking Services for 12 or 24 hour parking passes.

OCCUPANCY:
We have a maximum capacity of 4 people (including children/infants) at ANY TIME, no exceptions. These rules are set by City of Savannah fire codes and STVR ordinances. Any guests breaking these rules will be evicted immediately.

NOISE:
This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do NOT allow loud noise, music or parties of any sort. Violators may be evicted and/or fined.

NO BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES!!

QUIET: This building has long term residents as well as short-term rentals so we expect our guests to be quiet, respectful and thoughtful of others below and above.

NO smoking, vaping or pets.

This was a great choice all around. The location is tops. The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated and fully stocked with anything one would need. It was very quiet with the exception of the tenet immediately above us was noisily doing who knows what morning and night.it was certainly tolerable and not noisy enough to need any type of intervention. The earplugs provided were a great idea. This apartment would definitely be our first choice next time we are in Savannah.

The home is very historic, beautiful and comfortable. The staircase getting to the unit is narrow but that is not something the owners can fix. The home was upgraded and modern yet it kept the feel of a 1700s home. Everything was perfect and all directions were clear and precise.

The location for this apartment was wonderful. Quiet area but within walking distance to everything. We used the parking garage 3 blocks away and it was quite convenient - 30 per day, which seemed pretty comparable to other cities. The furniture was comfortable and the hardwood floors were charming. We didn't have any issues with noise while sleeping. No complaints, I would definitely stay here again. Bonus is that it's around the corner from Leopold's ice cream, which can't be missed!

This was a charming, old property with a new kitchen and bathroom. I loved that they put a runner in the hallway so that you wouldn't hear anyone going to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I gave the other bedroom to my SIL and husband and I stayed in the twin room. Bed was super comfy. The house was stocked with everything we needed. I chose this place because I didn't want to hear noise at night and I wanted to be near the shopping. This place was perfect for that. We found parking right outside and the meters (well, from the app) were 12 a day to park there. We just had to set an alarm at 7.55am to pay for the day. I would choose this well situated, quiet place again.

Fabulous Stay!

This property was extremely convenient to the Savannah downtown area. We were able to walk everywhere! The furnishings were stylish and comfortable and everything was well stocked. I especially loved the balcony off of the living room. Beautiful for a drink in the early morning or at night. We did not hear any street noise as the bedrooms were located away from the street portion of the apartment. Would highly recommend!

Delightful condo

Great location for town and historic area. Definitely go get a parking pass, it was very easy, and it works for the overnight stay and all day all over Savannah. Condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our visit to see our daughter at SCAD. The TV didn’t have access to many of our streaming services for us to login but it was fine. Very happy with our stay and would recommend.

Perfect location!

This second floor two bedroom apartment was perfect for a mother daughter weekend in historic downtown Savannah! We were walking distance to everything. The neighborhood felt safe and was relatively quiet. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was modern and well stocked. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Highly recommend!

Amazing

The place was beautiful. The only thing that was hard was the stairs to the second floor. My friend has Parkinson's and it was difficult for him to use the stairs. Other than that it's was a great place. Perfect location to see every thing.
