We are surrounded by neighbors so we would greatly appreciate if you could keep the noise down past 11 pm with loud music or disturbances. No parties.
Turn off all lights and tv when leaving the house. No shoes inside the house. However, house slippers are fine.
No eating in the bedroom. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere inside the house (The patio is the only designated smoking area)

Great spot

Hosts were very responsive. Beautiful floors, be respectful and don’t wear your shoes. Good walking distance from the park and coffee shops. About a 30-45 min walk to the riverfront. Great scenery along the way. We felt safe and comfortable. We recommend staying here. The only downside is the noise from upstairs guests. Not unexpected though, hardwood floors up there too.
