Every single employee we interacted with was kind and courteous and made us feel like they were happy to help us with our every need. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. This hotel is in the perfect location to spend a walking vacation in Historic Savannah.

The stay itself was convenient to downtown area. However, my stay concluded with a parking charge even though I had parked my vehicle in a “public” parking lot. When I called to inquire of the additional $25 charge for parking the associate of the hotel had absolutely no desire to resolve my question. Instead she thought it was a reasonable thing to escalate the situation. Telling me I don’t follow rules (mind you her rule referred to) is if you bring your parking ticket from the public lot, I can save you $5. Meaning if you present your public lot ticket, the hotel will charge $25 instead of the public lot rate of $30. I left my public lot ticket in my vehicle and when I checked out I didn’t want to have to walk back in to the hotel so I decided to pay the public lot ticket cost of $30. She simply refused to refund my $25 and even said this sounds like a you problem and hung up on me. I called their corporate customer service line and was told someone would reach out to me within 48hrs.?? And to believe after spending right at $800 to stay for one night they would respond this way. Not a good experience at all. No resolve.

The location is great, breakfast was good and the front desk members were very friendly. Housekeeping is an issue however. Two days in a row they did not service our room even after we asked. We took out our own trash and went to the lobby to ask for TP and towels.

This was a great hotel while in Savannah. Great location, easy to walk to or take Pedi cab to all the great spots in Savannah. The staff was superb. From check in to the social hour everyone was exceptional, professional and fun! They were happy to work there. The breakfast was continental++. Well worth the stay. The hotel was very clean.

It was a nice place. Our room allowed us to have our pet with us. Breakfast was included and it was in the perfect spot for touring historic Savannah. We would stay there again.
