The light in the entryway of our room flickered when turned on and the water in the shower never got very warm. The beds were comfortable and the room was relatively clean. However, still quite a bit of grim in the corners.

Over charged me was 385 charged me 445 then charged my daughters card and had to give a refund to her the next morning said I would get the so called deposit back after check out then say I owe more money because of valet parking they just want money and I never received any money back wil not use any app to book ever again

Not worth it

We chose this hotel for the price point and in the hopes it would be quieter as it is not on Bay St or River St. Unfortunately it was noisy every night we were there. It was also extremely dirty. The floors especially were disgusting. There was hair on the bathroom floor, my baby had black knees and feet after crawling around, etc. It was gross. Service left a lot to be desired. I was left waitong at the front desk and treated as an after thought instead of as a guest. The only parking is valet parking. They may or may not have enough parking spaces to accommodate you. You are required to send a text to request your car and if you did not receive an initial text, they will argue with you about retrieving your car. Honestly, I would stay somewhere a little bit more expensive or even outside the historic district and drive in and use public parking. The one and only plus about our stay was one of the valet employees. I don't recall his name, but he was wonderful.

Although clearly updated there were a number of little things that were off. A/C in the first room cooled but was missing parts so was quite noisy. Second room smelled badly of mold. Third room was good. Bed was comfy and room was spacious. Some floor tiles in the lobby were cracked and missing small pieces which stood out. Staff was quick and willing to address issues and move us. Location was very good for the price. At the edge of the historic district. Quick walk to dining and shopping.

Our stay would not have been anything to rave about…until we met Ebonee and little Rick. They helped us navigate Savannah. Your hotel is lucky to have these quality employees. These 2 made us feel welcome and appreciated as guests. The hotel is fine, but the staff was top notch! Thank you Ebonee and Ricardo!!

Cool hotel close to a historic downtown area. Just a heads-up: the cleaning crew should double-check not to leave dark hairs on the bathroom floor.

There is a parking garage across the street that cost $4 for overnight parking. The hotel charges $30 to valet and says there is no on site parking. The bathroom smelled moldy. The hotel staff let DoorDash come up to the room and leave our delivery at the door.
