Room was excellent, no noise at all we took a nap during the day and the room was pitch black. Easy check in and out. Excellent location. Waking distance of all our interest. Lots of security around. No need to use the valet parking if you dont want to. From Friday thru Sunday outside parking is free. Staff super friendly.

Only plus I can give was that the bed was comfortable; however, the water was not hot and there were no amenities in the room such as a luggage rack or bench. Odd empty space in the front room that a coffee table or ottoman could have helped for luggage or personal items. Parking was in the garage across the street which was convenient.

Valet person was terrific. Kind, professional. Front desk was not rude, but certainly not warm and fuzzy. We were put in Room 415. The door would not lock, and the Elevator #1 would not let us access the 4th floor. Elevate #2 was fine. I had to go to 3rd floor and use the stairs. I couldn't let my 94 year old mother do the same- so I asked to get another room, which she did....but was not in the least bit apologetic. There was no food-- no restaurant, which is advertised as being open. Again, no apologies. The hotel itself is lovely-- needs some TLC. I would not stay here again, because it feels like no one really cares.
