The staff was truly amazing and helpful and the beds were so comfortable. But the shower needs a little bit of care.

Kept getting random brown streaks on body and personal items such as blankets. Toilet didnt flush right. Room furniture was questionable pool was closed for no reason seen. Dog was biten by snake and manager was beating snake with stick.... breakfast was stale cereal and waffles that wouldnt cook all the way threw. And the ceiling was bubbling inside down tword floor.

Nope.

Beds were hard, every surface had some sort of sticky residue on it, the bathroom door wouldn’t latch closed, the air conditioner put off an awful Freon smell. The room couldn’t accommodate all 5 of us so we had to have a child sleep on the floor for a night before we switched hotels. Our stay began at 3pm and we left by 8am the following morning we were supposed to stay for 3 nights. Also, the “free breakfast” is 2 cereal options next to the front desk with a coffee pot that’s seen better days. And they have a stocked drink cooler but everything costs a dollar more then it does at a typical gas station (a small can of Dr Pepper was $3, can from the store are at most $1.50) I’m currently waiting on my refund for the nights we didn’t stay

Absolutely terrible experience. The room was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Found evidence of bed bugs and even signs of drug activity on the property. Would never stay here again.

The toilet seat sat to low. It was difficult getting in and out of the shower 🚿. Recommend installing safety bars in the tub/shower. I don't know if it was available, all I had requested a handicapped accessible room, I didn't receive one

The staff were really nice! However, this hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures. The smell is HORRIBLE and the amount of work needing to be done is ridiculous. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you’re traveling with children.
The rod was drilled into pieces of wood and not even attached directly to the wall

Pleasant enough for an overnight stay but there a few things I didn’t like 1. the office smells like a porta-potty, not pleasant 2. The same smell lingers in the rooms bathroom 3. Previous visitors clothes found around room, cleaners did not do a thorough job Otherwise the room smelled nice and looked clean
