"Casita La Palmita" (Little Palm) 1 Bed / 1 Bath

The romantic Casita La Palmita is perfect for a couple, situated in a pretty garden setting, just steps away from the pool. The casita has its own private garden patio, perfect for intimate dining or relaxing with a good book. Access to the beach is an easy three-minute stroll, and the town plaza is no more than a ten-minute walk away.

The house is a perfect multi-house combination when rented together with Siete Palmas, Vista al Mar, Cola de Zorro, and Palma Rubelina, forming six bedrooms!

Our property manager Jorge, will check in with you during the first 24 hours of your stay to make sure everything is perfect.

Casita La Palmtia is located in a neighborhood of beautiful well kept homes.

Sayulita is a walking town, but if you feel that you will need transportation, there are several golf cart businesses in town.

La Palmita shares the pool with Siete Palmas, Cola de Zorro, and Palma Rubelina. Palmita has a king-size bed.

Lovely location - a bit noisy

Lovely casitas just a few blocks from the beach! The hut had everything we needed, and the owner was extremely responsive and communicative. The only challenge we had was the house next door had parties two nights in a row, including a live band with just a wall separating us (it was like we were in a club but in bed). I wouldn't anticipate this would happen every night esp Sun-Thurs but noting it may get loud on the weekend just in case you're not party people.

Perfect Paradise!

Love the location and the vibe of the Casita La Palmita, it was even better than pictured. Just 2 minute walk to the best beach. Plenty of places to eat and drink within a couple blocks, and a 10-15 walk to the downtown festivities and crowds. We felt safe even walking at night. Rob is a great host, and made sure we had everything we needed. YES WE WILL BE BACK WITH FAMILY!

A Piece of Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The accommodation was exactly what we hoped for... Quiet and private, close to the beach & a flat, short 10 minute walk to town. The pool was great for cooling off after a day at the beach. Even though the pool was shared with the other units, we always had it to ourselves. The landscaping on the property was beautiful and very well maintained. The beach is so close you can hear the waves at night. There are folding beach chairs and umbrellas on the property to take and enjoy on the beach. There was no air conditioning, but honestly, we never missed it. The fans were sufficient to sleep. The bed, pillows and linens were super comfortable. We definitely will come back again :)

Amazing location

We couldn’t believe how lucky we got choosing this property! La Palmita was step from the pool which we enjoyed very much after the beach each day. The north side beach is the best spot to rent a chair / umbrella and relax for the day/ great bar and cute food truck within steps of the property. We loved staying on the north side!! Beautiful gardens on the property as well - would definitely return

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check-in was simple, the place was better than expected - very cute studio. The only drawback we found was that the road directly behind the studio could be noisy with quads/motorcycles into the night. Other than that, great place - lovely pool, nice trees, short walk to the beach.

Cute casita!

This was our first time to Sayulita and we were very happy with this location! I think my expectation regarding bugs was a little naĂŻve for this casita set up and we were very grateful for the mosquito net and fan to keep us cooler (since no ac). We had a small issue with check in instructions arriving a little late (vrbo messaging could be to blame for part of that) but everyone was very helpful. We enjoyed watching the iguanas in the trees and close access to all the fun things Sayulita had to offer!

Wonderful location with amazing gardens

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights. Quiet at night. Amazing jungle gardens! Pool was great in the mornings with afternoons at the beach. We grilled out two nights the fish we caught and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay here again as a couple or with several couples would also be great!
