Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Lovely kitchen and bath updates, beach themes, flat screen TV, WiFi, and balcony with outdoor chairs to enjoy the amazing ocean and beach views!! Sunsets are amazing from here. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Plenty of dishware and cookware, and coffee pot. The master bedroom has a King bed. Living room has a Queen Murphy bed (wall bed that pulls down in living room for extra sleeping) and a full size sleeper sofa. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Elevator is on site. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets.

The room had a very beachy feel. The posters are great. The beds were comfortable and the showers were good. The only thing I would like is better lighting in the living room and it would be nice to have a screen door to the balcony.

Very disappointing. No screen door on sliders and no air conditioning. No hair dryer, but they did bring me one when I called. The furniture was the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on except the bed was comfortable. The floors were sticky and that plastic mat running down the hallway is a tripping hazard

This was an amazingly comfortable condo, within walking distance of so many fun activities and the incredible Pacific Ocean! The amenities were perfect for every day needs. The property manager was absolutely wonderful amd kind to work with, in addition to being so efficient and excellent in communications! Im already planning for a return!

When we had a sudden death in the family and didnt know if we could keep our current reservations, the owners went above and beyond to work with us. They were so kind and available. Beautiful view; quiet and comfortable. Needs some tlc (baseboards in kitchen need repair) ,but not a big deal. The location was amazing, and I loved sleeping on the Murphy bed in the living room as I could hear the ocean all night.

Wonderful beach getaway!

We wanted to see the Oregon coast in December, and our views from the condo were amazing. We enjoyed watching sunrise and sunset from the oceanfront windows. This unit was very comfortable in all aspects, once we bought coffee to brew from a local store. We had a bit of trouble navigating the tv- some instructions would be helpful next time.

It was our second time staying in this building. Overall, the stay was wonderful. Manager was very helpful more than once. The building needs a good spring cleaning. Walls, pictures, carpets etc., but the everyday cleaning was very clean. The unit needs a screen door, so the flies do not come in. Unit is in a great location. Kitchen was well stocked. Only thing I could see would have been nice was a fan for the bedroom. We hope to be able to stay again someday.

Location was fantastic. we walked to dinner each night it was so close to Broadway where the majority of the restaurants are. condo was very nice, bed was good and kitchen was good for our small breakfasts. Only drawback was the TV's. No local access to ABC,NBC or CBS or local news or weather. Samsung TV service was not very useful. system confusing. TV in main room had 4 remotes?? What does what??? Maybe explain in binder left in kitchen???

Great location right on the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Comfortable furniture including the beds, even the Murphy bed was comfortable. Appreciated the smart tv and we could log into our streaming services. Well equipped including a tea pot which was much appreciated.
