Ocean-kissed and sleepy, guests will rest easy in their choice of two comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a flat-screen TV, while the 2nd bedroom offers a king bed. Two well-appointed bathrooms provide added convenience - one with a walk-in ADA-accessible bathtub, and the other with a walk-in shower.
Guests will also appreciate the washer and dryer - ideal for doing a load after a day at the beach, a BBQ grill for easy outdoor meals (available seasonally), and a fenced front and back yard.

Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Maximum Occupancy of 4. The number of people (including children and infants) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy outlined in the Property Description. Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors.

Parking. No Boats, RVs, etc. The Property is limited to a specific amount of off-street parking, as outlined in the Property description. You and your occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. No boats, buses, campers, recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, wave runners, or trailers, regardless of any type or size, may be parked at the Property. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the parking.

Limited overnight parking is available by permit at the Seaside Visitors Bureau for extra vehicles or unoccupied RVs/travel trailers of hotel, motel, or VRD guests only. Guests may obtain a parking permit at the Visitors Bureau, located at 7 N Roosevelt (Hwy 101) in Seaside, during business hours. The Visitors Bureau is open 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday and 10 am to 2 pm on Sundays seasonally.
