The backyard includes a hot tub! This home features lots of light and is located on the quieter northern end of the iconic Promenade within walking distance from everything downtown Seaside has to offer.

Plenty of space to hang out with your family and friends; sit and enjoy the large covered front porch, or play a game or two in the 550 sq foot garage game room featuring ping pong, arcade basketball, and air hockey. Take a stroll to the beach less than 150 yards away, sand toys, beach chairs, and a wagon are provided for your convenience. Lastly to wrap up your evening, enjoy some family time by the outdoor fire pit.
