Simply adorable family beach home, just one block from beach access. Lovingly remodeled and features a beach theme, with coastal style and colors. The living room includes two sofas, one of which is a Queen hide-a-bed, a flat screen TV, and cable TV service.  From there, the sliding glass door opens up to the back deck with a charming backyard. You will enjoy the fire pit (sometimes off limits during fire season) and outdoor furniture in the quiet secluded space.  There is also a BBQ available in the garage.
The master bedroom offers a comfy King Bed and flat screen TV.  Adjacent to the master bedroom, you'll find a full bathroom with shower and a washer and dryer. The dining area and kitchen are fully remodeled, and have a light and airy feel. Off the kitchen you'll find a cute half bath, and just beyond is the second bedroom with a Queen Murphy bed.  There are two parking spots available; one in the garage, and one in the driveway. Enjoy!

Great Location

This adorable little house is just a few houses down from the beach and a nice stroll to the promenade walkway. We soon discovered we didn't need our car to get around town. The house had everything we needed for cooking. There are some family movies and games. If there were any drawbacks, the direct tv doesn't have the best channels. Very cute and cozy and super clean. We would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay. Close to beach and had everything we needed. We could walk to friends and families rental homes to enjoy a birthday celebration. Would stay there again!

This rental fit exactly what we needed. A good home base for beach activities. A great place to relax after a day out and about. We loved having a garage to park in. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Perfect setting for a romantic get away

This is a lovely cottage. We celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary. The storms kept us from the beach but it is so close. The storm also knocked out the T.V. connections so we talked to each other!!! Only issue for us was that the bed was TOO soft. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Decent for the price and location

Love the location and overall layout but the WiFi is definitely out dated and barely reaches the living room, rat holes on the side of house and they dragged a bag with a couple snacks under the house. Will still recommend to people

We had a Great Stay

This cottage is in the perfect location for a visit to Seaside and just minutes from the beach. It is located just to the end of the walkway on Seaside so perfect for strolling to go out for dinner or to take the kids to the arcade or aquarium. The Seahorse cottage was very clean and well-equipped. It's as excellent for a young family and we only wished that we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend this place and book it again.

Clean, cozy, comfy… and surprisingly close to the beach!

This place is a gem. We just got back from the second weekend of the last four that we stayed at Seahorse. Easy 5 stars on both occasions! The posting for the cottage doesn’t even do the location justice, and “cottage” doesn’t even do the property justice. We were blown away to find ourselves in a newly renovated, nearly house-sized cottage just one block from the beach. Broadway is an easy 5 minute drive or probably not much longer of a bike ride. The bed is *insanely* comfortable, and I’m a bed snob with a Purple mattress at home. We could easily hear the surf from our rooms. There is a nice, well maintained, mostly private backyard with a fire pit and chairs to sit by it. The price was extremely reasonable given the amenities. We just got back home today and are already thinking about when we’ll be able to return. Give it a shot! You will not be disappointed!!!
