Seaside charm where the ocean is your front yard!


Please note: From June 15th until September 15th, we only rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year we have a two-night minimum, except three-day weekends where the minimum is three nights.

Our home sits right on the Promenade in Seaside Oregon and has unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean out five large picture windows on the front of the house. Enjoy whale watching, the surfers and the vacationers walking on the Prom. The deck in the front makes it very enjoyable to sit and sunbathe or read while enjoying the beautiful ocean views.

The house has been totally remodeled with granite and marble counter tops throughout, tiled floors in some areas and hardwoods in others. The remodeling of the bathrooms even includes heated floors. We did however maintain the cozy warm feeling that a river rock fireplace at the beach brings, especially when it's stormy.

Description of bedrooms/bathrooms: On the main floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twins. There is one full bathroom on the main floor (tub and shower). On the upper floor, there is a large family room with a queen bed, a twin bed and a trundle bed (containing two twins). Also on the upper floor, there is a master bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with one twin bed. There is a full bathroom on the upper floor (shower only). The basement has no bedrooms but has a half bathroom.

In May of 2019 we remodeled the top floor of the house to accommodate a more open concept and make it a kid friendly environment. With bean bag chairs for watching movies and a 50" HDTV with a dvd player, the kids will have a ball. We also made some major modifications to the "Man Cave" and the utility room. In the "Cave" there is a 50" HDTV and a nice warm gas fireplace so the sports enthusiasts can enjoy their games in a retro-bar and then take a nap. There is also a foosball table. And there are dvd players on every floor so you can watch movies, as well as a couple of vhs players for old movies you might bring. The house is also wired, throughout the inside, so you can enjoy your music on the top floor and main floor.

The kitchen has seating at the table for at least 10-12 for those family reunions or larger groups. We also provide a high chair for the little ones.

Beautiful and comfortable home, The view is amazing. We didn't get to spend as much time down at the beach because it was so cold. We had some elderly people that was okay with the stairs... but the stairs were steep for them. Good parking also!

This is a great home on the Seaside Prom, with lots of parking and room for a big group. We stayed with extended family and had plenty of room. Travelers should know that it is an older home so expect some quirks. The stairs going up or down are quite steep. Bedding was very comfortable and soft. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans and the dishwasher should be run when you are leaving the house as it is LOUD. We loved sitting at the dining table or in the living room and looking out at the ocean. Would love to stay again.

The house is amazing, the only complaint is the one bedroom is a common space and has one of the three queen beds in it. Only two bedrooms with queen beds. Luckily we had only two couples in our group. The beach access is amazing and town and amenities are within walking distance. Lots of additional gear for beach time fun. Bring your own coffee and creamer and sweetener. View was just spectacular! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider starting again.

It was a very cool house for the 10 of us. It was right on the beach. Plenty of parking for our 4 cars. The only problem was that the stovetop didn’t work very well or not at all. The bedrooms upstairs were okay, but the 2 downstairs were great. Otherwise it was a great house to stay in.

We loved the house! Kids had a blast in the basement playing ALL weekend! Dog friendly house that didn’t smell like it was (some houses you can tell). Well stocked, had everything we needed. Location on the promenade and the views from the house were spectacular and close to Broadway. Absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for some time on the coast!

The kitchen was fully equipped and a great place for everyone to gather around the table.The views were gorgeous from the kitchen and living room and an easy walk to the beach (if you don't have any mobility issues).The stairs were very steep leading upstairs and even more so going downstairs. My son and I were not able to be upstairs or downstairs.The rest of our group said the upstairs area was spectacular.Bring slippers if you use the bathroom downstairs, it's literally rocks, ouch!Overall nice home with great parking.
