Welcome to our newly constructed townhome right in the heart of Seaside Park! Take a step out of your front door and you are right on the main strip full of shopping, places to eat and more! Take a step out of the back door and you are only 1 block from the beautiful Jersey Shore beaches.



Inside you will find a beautifully constructed townhome by a well known local builder. The bottom floor consists of the main entrance and a two car garage for vehicle parking. Walk up to the main floor and find an open concept living space with eat in kitchen, dining and living room as well as a bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. A slider door to the back deck supplies outdoor seating and a grill area.



Walk up to the top floor which features three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is directly attached to the primary bedroom. The top floor also features a balcony overlooking town.

Great property and location one block away from the beach with plenty of bedrooms. Exactly as described fully equipped with two beach umbrellas and around 8 beach chairs and badges along with a wagon for easy transport. Clean and new looking building and was very easy to get in and communicate. Loved the short walks to the beach and ice cream shop downstairs. Very well kept and maintained and neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

We absolutely loved this property! It’s a block from the beach and right next door to an ice cream shop. We loved that the house came with linens, soaps, paper towels trash bags and bath/beach towels. There are even beach chairs and 2 umbrellas! It comes with beach tags also. The house has EVERYTHING you could possibly want or need. When we got there the house was INCREDIBLY clean. Michael and his team were great to deal with and very responsive. This was our first visit to Seaside Park and it will not be our last! We look forward to returning next year!
