The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable (ours had a mini kitchen which helped a lot), and the breakfast was delicious. We were not able to enjoy the pool and spa on this trip, but maybe next time.

It was convenient and easy to get to. Staff were great and we had our two dogs with us and having accommodation that is dog friendly is a major consideration for us.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times. It’s very conveniently located if you’re in town to shop. The kids love the pool and it’s always a bonus to have breakfast included. Parking is not included though- it was $10 extra for our overnight stay. We plan to stay again.

Our breakfast experience was very disappointing. We were told that breakfast continued until 10 AM. We were there at 9:30 and almost everything was empty. The trashes were overflowing ,each empty table was dirty and the floor was also very dirty. There was only one elevator working for the entire building so movement up and downstairs was extremely slow. We were on the fourth floor and I have arthritis so the elevator was necessary for us. The cleaning staff was friendly. The front desk staff seemed to be overwhelmed.

The suite was perfect. Clean and had a kitchenette with plates, utensils and even dish soap, sponge and a dishwasher. The medium size refrigerator was just perfect to hold our drinks and snacks.The room was clean and the shower had great water pressure. Highly recommend! Jenny, the front desk attendant was super helpful and friendly! Thank you for a great stay!
