The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and we really enjoyed the outside area and the pool. The solar pool heater doesn’t get the pool very warm, but at least it helps some. We had a wonderful stay for 6 weeks and would rent again.

This home is beautifully laid out, with decorating that feels homey and welcoming. Just enough light and lighting options to suit your comfort level day or night. (*We like it more cozy than bright.) The extremely thoughful detail of what is avaliable in the kitchen is amazing. We were very happy to find everything we needed readily at hand for an extended stay. (*I loved the comfy stools around the breakfast bar to chat while he was working in the kitchen.)Quality washer and dryer are extra large and efficient. The fully fenced in yard is wondeful and adds to the security, comfort, and privacy you hope for. Quality flooring, cabinetry, and counters throughout; very comfy master bedroom mattress, bedding, and pillow options. We did not go to the beach while here, but there are plenty of beach towels available, as well as loads of stuff in the garage to make a beach outing enjoyable.We spent most of our time outside in the pool area, enjoying the large table (*which is under roofing, so you can still enjoy during rainy parts of the day.) We loved floating in the pool with large, cushy, comfortable floats provided. There are plenty of wonderfully large and thick pool towels.The pool is a perfect blend of visual and auditory beauty, (*we absolutely loved the waterfall*) and refreshing comfort. As soon as we entered the property, we were welcomed with a delightful aroma of a clean home. We were welcomed with a personal message from the property manager. The house was everything as advertised and more. we were wowed by so much comfort in a smaller property but it made it feel as if we were in a 5,000 sq ft home.

This was a lovely home and perfect for our getaway weekend. So many little extras that we really enjoyed - heated pool, firepit seating, ping pong table, deck chairs, etc. House was stocked well with extra pillows and blankets, pool towels, toiletries and kitchen appliances. The bed was so comfortable! The location was great - quiet neighborhood with a park across the street and close to the beach, grocery store and nature preserves. One weekend was not enough time to explore and enjoy it all.

Sebastian getaway

Gorgeous. Talk about a home away from home, this one covers all the bases. Well appointed and very well maintained. My wife liked it so much she didn't want to leave. Everything you could think of, or need was there. Beautiful grounds and a very beautiful pool area. Would stay again if I find my way back to Florida.

Spring Break Baseball Trip

The host, Gabriela, was so welcoming. The house was just as indicated in pictures and virtually all sundry items such as paper products, shower supplies, and washing detergent were provided. The neighborhood was extremely quiet which made for restful nights. We loved the pool and eating breakfast out on the covered deck. Highly recommend.

A Slice of Paradise

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely house in a beautiful area. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and relaxing in the private surrounding patio. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Our host and property manager were easily accessible when we had questions. We liked it so much we decided to book it again for an extended stay next year.

Clean and comfortable

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the house worked perfectly for two families. Two tv areas and the game area gave everyone enough room to spread out. Well stocked house made it easy to cook meals. communication with the owner was quick and easy. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was just as described in the listing. Beds were good. The house was clean and comfortable. The host was great to work with. Would definitely stay again in the warmer months. The pool was too cold to swim in January due to the pool heater is solar and doesn't heat the pool that well.

A Perfect Stay in Sebastian, FL

This was the most pleasant stay! The house itself is even more beautiful than the pictures show, located in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely water fountain in the swimming pool that made our time there truly relaxing.The house is exceptionally well-equipped with thoughtful details like laundry pods, spices, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and more, which made our stay incredibly convenient.The game room (which isn’t shown in the pictures) was a fantastic source of entertainment for our kids—they absolutely loved it!What stood out the most was the personal touch from the owner, Gabriela. She was not only professional but also very warm and responsive, answering my calls immediately and providing detailed and helpful information throughout our stay.We truly felt at home here, especially with the personalized welcome letter board waiting for us—it was such a thoughtful and lovely surprise!We highly recommend this home and will definitely be back in the future!

The house was neat and immaculate. The appliances, which we rarely used, were the most modern and top of the line. The beds were decorated beautifully and the pillow top mattresses were delightful. The pool was also decorated with great care. We had a short but beautiful stay. A more detailed’how to’ book would have been helpful.

Great home and location!

This home has all the comforts you could ever need. It is clean, well tended, and beautiful. The pool was perfect and the game room was a huge hit with our family. We also loved that there was a playground within walking distance. The owner has pool and beach gear and towels, along with some baby items (small pack n’ play, high chair) and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The property manager was responsive and very helpful! A breaker had flipped off the pool pump before we arrived and when we contacted him, he was there to take care of it within minutes! We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again in the future!

Fantastic Sebastion home

Gabby has decorated the cutest vrbo and with lots of thought about her guests. The house has everything from beach toy's, and coolers to- pool towels and hotel like provided shampoo, body wash, conditioner bottles. The kitchen had everyhting needed and the game room and pool were fantastic. The beds were very comfy and we enjoyed our stay so very much. Thanks for letting us use your peaceful home!
