Johnny Guitar Getaway, Discover the allure of West Sedona!!

This three-bedroom and two-bathroom home has plenty of room for your stay! You will find a relaxed atmosphere and all the essentials you will need for a wonderful stay in Sedona; this home is the perfect getaway! Large windows bring the outdoors in, with spacious front and back patios and minutes away from Coffee Pot Rock and hiking trails.

Living Space: This spacious, inviting, and open-concept layout. The soft couches and beautiful dining space create the perfect hang-out area! There is a flat-screen smart TV with cable, and WiFi is provided for your convenience! The home is stocked with board games, puzzles, and cards for hours of entertainment while you create memories that will last a lifetime. The home offers A/C system, providing year-round comfort.

**Note: The indoor fireplace is decorative. Please do not use.

Kitchen: The home has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with an oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker! It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils.

Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom highlights a plush, king-sized bed. This room features an ensuite bathroom, a closet, and a lounging sofa.

Second Bedroom: Features a queen-sized mattress.

Third Bedroom: offers 2 twin beds

The living room: Offers a full-size pull-out couch that will accommodate two more guests!

Bathrooms: This home has two private bathrooms. Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces and bath towels and washcloths for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.

Propane Grill: There is a propane grill onsite for your convenience.

Hot Tub: A regularly serviced hot tub is onsite for your relaxation.

Washer/Dryer: The home has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience.

The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest.

**NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety

GETTING AROUND:
Located in the heart of West Sedona this home is less than a 5 minute drive to explore great food, art galleries, antique shops and unique boutique stores in Sedona. During certain times of the year, the area hosts live music, parades, and entertainment events. Nearby outdoor adventure includes golfing, hiking, four wheeling or biking around one of the many surrounding trails.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a great location and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made our trip so comfortable and convenient.Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, and we really appreciated how simple the check-out list was—very minimal and stress-free. The home was perfect for our girls trip, and we all had such a great time staying here. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!

Perfect property and location

This house was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful, private backyard. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and loved sitting on the shaded patio for breakfast. It was walking distance to Sugarloaf trailhead that we hiked a couple times. Perfectly located for quick access to popular trails and grocery stores (Safeway and Whole Foods were right down the hill) Last time we stayed in Sedona we stayed on the south side and had to contend with traffic every day getting to and through town. Lovely property for 4 adults! Would highly recommend.

Home away from home

Spent extended weekend in Sedona . The location at Johnny Guitar was beautiful. All trails and food super easy to get to. Communication with property manager was great. Thoroughly enjoyed stay.

This property was beautiful! Roomy and comfortable. Best stocked kitchen I’ve seen in a VRBO. Our only complaint was we adventured so much, we didn’t get to see the beautiful back yard during the daytime. Would book again!

Amazing time at Johnny Guitar !

My family of 5 and I stayed at this home for a 4 day vacation in Sedona and we were so pleased that we picked this home! The location was excellent, near trails, restaurants, and grocery store’s. The house was very clean! I highly recommend Johnny Guitar, we will be coming back!
