Relax in comfort & style for 8 -9 people in Sedona's popular uptown area with views from nearly every room and 2 levels of decks at our Sedona Eagles Nest House. Close to the hub of Uptown Sedona yet you will enjoy the quiet of nature and daily wildlife visitations all around this property. This home has it all: indoor & outdoor living comforts in a private location close to the heart of Sedona's art & cultural center, restaurants, shopping and exploring. Enjoy the Fully loaded kitchen plus the jacuzzi tub in the master bath as well as indoor/outdoor dining options, including a fire pit on the lower viewing deck. There is a recreation room with a bar, TV and also an air hockey table. Enjoy over 2800 sf of living area on 2 levels for privacy within your group as well as comfortable choices of gathering areas. Walk/bike/drive to nearby trails, restaurants, shops and galleries and entertainment. This house is also close to the Sedona Heritage Museum & famous Oak Creek Canyon, Slide Rock State Park, wineries, golf courses and much more. You will love the location & the views. Listen to the chirping birds & watch the deer wander through the property as you relax on one of 4 patio/balconies with fire pit and barBQ and dine or sip your beverage of choice outside on a deck with fabulous views.
The furniture is all comfortable & newer with many reclining couches & 2 double seating chairs in the great room. There is also an electric fireplace in the living room which can throw heat with the push of a button on the remote. There are multiple options for sleeping with 2 master bedrooms, each with a king size bed and dual control mattress heaters for those chilly nights. Bedroom #3 has a twin over full bunk bed plus a pull-out trundle bed to comfortably sleep 4-5 kids or adults in bedroom #3. Bedroom 3 has plenty of room to pull the trundle across that room OR use that space for the kid's play area. There is also a brand new queen size sofa bed in the rec room. There's a total sleeping capacity of 8-9 people in this house, providing together spaces as well as plenty of privacy.
There is Free en-suite laundry in the private laundry room and there are a total of 3 smart TV’s including one in bedroom 3 (for the kids or adults private viewing.)

The panoramic views of the red rocks from the deck were spectacular. We had meals on the deck, enjoyed our coffee and tea there in the morning, and were constantly amazed by the dramatic color changes on the red rocks as the sun moved throughout the day. We even caught a full moon rising in the evening. The home was spotless, equipped with top-level linens and bath items, and the beds were spa hotel quality. Clear instructions and tips for our stay were provided by the hosts. Location was perfect.

We loved this home! I say "home" instead of "house" as that's what it felt like. The hosts have done an excellent job of making this rental welcoming and comfy. We stayed nearly 2 weeks but I could've stayed a month. And the incredible views!! The photos don't do the views justice. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and was convenient to all we wanted to do in the area. We were pleased to find many additional amenities not often found in rentals: magnifying mirror in bathroom; spa quality bathrobes for 4 adults; under cabinet lighting in kitchen; mini fridge and glassware downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The home was very clean upon arrival. Bath towels were high quality and plentiful. The beds and bed linens were very comfortable. We met the owners and they were lovely people. I would not hesitate to stay again!

The house was just as described, the views are even better than the pictures! The location is amazing, very quick to downtown Sedona restaurants, free public parking lots made it all a breeze. My wife and I had an excellent stay this past weekend. The home is in a great location and the listing is accurate. The labeling of pretty much everything in the home is so convenient! It is well stocked with towels, hangers, linens, k-cups, soaps, napkins, etc. Reading on the love seats with the gorgeous views from the living room was where we spent a lot of our time because it was raining/snowing all day. The next day was sunny so we spent our lazy day on the well furnished lower patio. We ubered into uptown for dinner so we could drink but you could also easily walk in 10-15 minutes. The neighborhood is very quiet. The heat and AC worked perfectly and the shower pressure was excellent. The driveway is as described but enter and exit slowly if you have a low profile car. The communication with Katie is outstanding. We will be back without hesitation when visiting Sedona. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful home

We recently traveled to Sedona for Spring Break with friends and family. This home was absolutely beautiful. I have stayed at several VRBO rentals and this one was one of my all time favorites. I am very picky about cleanliness and this home was perfect. Had all the amenities we could want and then some. The view was STUNNING! Close to all that Sedona had to offer. Beautiful and relaxing home

Our family really loved our stay here in Sedona. We learned very quickly that Sedona is gorgeous but also, that the small downtown area can be quite busy. This home is situated conveniently close to this area and you wouldn't even know it because it's so quiet and serene. I spent every chance I could sitting on their decks looking at such a spectacular view. We hiked every day we were in Sedona. We took a trip 2 hours to see the Grande Canyon one day and visited family near Scottsdale another day, also just a 2 hour drive. The Sedona shuttles were convenient to get us to trailheads but we found plenty on our own as well. Even found that a connection to trials was not far from the house and could be ventured to on foot. The home was well stocked with enough kitchen supplies so suffice our likes of eating in most meals. Rooms and beds were comfortable and space was plentiful. Thank you so much for this opportunity!

Magnificent views

We did not spend a lot of time at the house but the little time we did was wonderful! Nothing like sipping coffee on the back deck and watching a family of javelinas running down below across the yard. Good location, clean and quiet. Perfect for a friends reunion. Magnificent views!

Wonderful Reunion Locale

We had a fun reunion with some close friends here in May. The two outdoor decks were amazing. The upper one was where we would have coffee in the morning, and the lower one was where we had wine (around the fire table) at night. We also found the upstairs living room to be super comfy with reclining leather chairs and couch. Stores and restaurants are nearby and all the online photos are accurate. Karen was a great host, who sent us timely information and was easy to reach. We highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay here if we're in Sedona again.

We Loved It !! Before we ever stepped into Eagles Nest the owners were so kind to send info about Sedona !! The communication five months before our trip was awesome. The house and location are true Sedona !! The views from every widows and the wrap around decks are true to pics! The home has it all ! The location is a 3 minute drive down a quite street to your Sedona experience. We loved that the deer and javelina would just stroll by the back decks every evening as we were heading to dinner ! We are spreading the word to our friends and family !! BIG THANK YOU !!
