Customer service was exceptionally friendly, everything else was about the hotel is questionable. The area is extremely convenient. Housekeeping never cleaned the room the day after arrival. Had to source, refresh, and replenish our own towels that day. Continually had to ask for an extra towel for our dog. Was put in a room the farthest away from the recommend areas for dogs to do their business. On day three attempted to place an order for food for “pickup” at the bar and was told the order had to be placed in person. So stood around for 30 minutes, all in all, placing and waiting for a food order because ordering over the phone for “pickup” is to challenging. Overpriced food for what was received. Additional $25 is now $35 for the privilege to park your own vehicle on the hotel property, the very same hotel you have reservations at. Nickel and diming, it seems.

Amazing views. Rooms are average even after the renovation. They forgot to clean my room the first night. Breakfast was not good. They didn’t have live music a few nights and that was nice. Any room close to the lobby is loud w the music until 9 pm. Front desk folks were nice and accommodating. Pool is not a good location nor is it particularly nice.

No internet available and no one was concerned. Breakfast was not good and the woman working breakfast counter was unpleasant. A very shading "customer service" guy who followed us to our car insisting we go to a particular restaurant. The $35.00/day hidden parking fee while the parking lot was often full.

I like the service at front desk during check in. The complimentary shuttle is great! We used it to get around town, it saved us the time of navigating and looking for parking. The rooms face beautiful red rocks, gorgeous!!

Has a dingy motel pool among other disappointments
For the price, my husband and I were disappointed in this hotel. The person who checked us in gave no details of the shuttle service or any other amenities, we had to over hear it from someone else. Our room felt like a cell, one window and door right into the parking lot. The pool was absolutely disgusting. Dirty looking water, parking cone just very haphazard and poorly maintained. Cheap fencing with no view at all. Felt like a dingy motel pool. Our room was not serviced once even though we put out the door hanger for room service to come in. The room keys stopped working twice and the walls are paper thin. We could hear conversations and laughter loud and clear from the room next door- no privacy. The friendly and prompt guy operating the shuttle service and delicious margarita at the lobby bar, enjoyed on the beautiful terrace, were the bright spots. They charge for parking while many other properties do not, without valet. I would never recommended this place for the price.

The room we had the first two nights was noisy and not very nice (could hear the people next door like they were in our room). I asked to change rooms and they gladly did this for our last two nights - the room and view were spectacular! We appreciated this. Although our room was not cleaned the first night in the new room. They tried to charge $35 a night for parking but when I questioned this - they waived it. That was appreciated. Staff was nice but just not enough of them. Austin the front desk manager was great!
