Check in was smooth and the host even offered that we could check in earlier if we want to.The house is very spacious and clean. Each five couples has each own room but we wmerthat the room with 2 single beds near the entrance

Amazing House

House is in a newly built neighborhood and is well maintained and immaculate. Owner is very prompt with her communication, hospitable & very kind. Furniture, upholstery is all brand new, well furnished & well equipped and foresee no regrets with any future clients making bookings/reservations.Thank you Sue for a pleasant experience at your house

Unhappy Birthday

The online pictures look perfect. The owner was not very hospitable. The email from Vrbo said check in was 11am, we were there at 11:15, and the place was filthy. I called the owner they said we couldn't go in until 3pm. We had to go somewhere else to shower and change, so we never got there until 11pm. When we went back it was still very dirty. There was food in the fridge, dishes in the dishwasher, stove and microwave filthy, pretty sure the sheets were not changed. We were going to a concert at Rama, it was cancelled on Wed, I tried to get a refund for Friday but it was not happening. So the other 2 couples did not come with us. We went and tried to make the best of it but never again

Very nice house

The house was lovely and clean. It is a new build so the backyard is not finished, but otherwise it was really nice. Property management was quick to respond to all our questions and very helpful. Would recommend.

Horrible dirty host

Before we arrived the host asked us to use snowblower to clean the heavy snow out so that we could get in .! When we got in there we’re crumbs on the counters dust balls all over the floors , water bottle lids on bathroom floors the tubs was so grungy no one would use it! Water stains all over the taps! The place was a mess! Talked to the host and she told us that was clean to her standard! We asked for cleaning fee back and she said she would take a look when we leave and decide then what to do! We then got an email stating she had to clean bathtub for a half hour because it was so dirty and that we put a hole in the wall ( which we didn’t) and that we were not getting any refund! Stay away from this property or any other property she owns! Beware that instead of being a good host and correcting the problems she will lie to get out of compensating for the uncleanliness of her homes!

We were looking for a place to stay close to Casino Rama. This property is a central location to the casino and Orillia. The property was as described in the listing. Our host was very responsive to any inquiries. Thank you for the use of your property. We will visit again!

Birthday Party

Hosted a birthday party for my girlfriend, and the host was wonderful. Everything was so clean and the check in process was so easy, even when the app didn’t email me the check in instructions, the host was so accommodating and personally let us in. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!
