Welcome to Snowy Blue Spruce Lodge. This 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom full duplex is set on one level with incredible mountain views. This side by side duplex is the perfect spot for a family gathering, group of friends or work retreat. With it’s two kitchens, living rooms, hot tubs and seven bedrooms – it gives everyone a little bit of space!

On the Snowy Spruce side, walk in the front door to the large, open concept living area where everyone can be together. Enjoy the views from the cozy couch, in front of the gas fireplace. Play a few games or visit with friends and family at the dining room table or cook a large post-adventure meal in the modern kitchen.

The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, walk-through closet, ensuite and mountain views. You also have access to the main deck and hot tub from this bedroom.
On the other side of the main living area, you will find the bunk room and other bedroom with a queen bed.

Need to work while you’re here? The one bedroom doubles as an office with a queen murphy bed that converts into a desk at Snowy Spruce Lodge.

On the Blue Spruce side, head in the front door and down the stairs. This side also has a open-concept kitchen, dining and living room with mountain views. The modern kitchen has everything you need to cook for your friends and family and the large dining room table is perfect for recapping your day on the mountain over meal. The cozy living has large windows that bring in lots of light, electric fireplace and smart TV.

Blue Spruce Lodge has three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, large ensuite and walk-in closet. There is also a bunk room (perfect for kids) and a third bedroom with a pullout couch and projector screen – perfect for post-adventure movies.

Need to store your gear? There is a ski room off the garage of Snowy Spruce Lodge and a ski room off the living room of Blue Spruce Lodge for you to use. Put your skis on and start your day!

On each of the decks, you’ll find a BBQ and private hot tub for your stay. Both hot tubs are open during the winter and summer season. They are both closed for the shoulder seasons.

There is no internal access between units but it’s quick an easy to get to and from each side through the front doors.

The Snowy Spruce Lodge side is pet friendly, the Blue Spruce Lodge side is NOT. So, if you wanted to bring your pet you could have them stay with you on the Snowy Spruce Lodge side. There is a pet fee of $30/day (per pet) plus taxes.

Parking: You can park 3 vehicles in the double and single garage with additional driveway parking for 6 vehicles during your stay.

Ski Access: Ski right out of your backyard to the Silver Queen Chair to start your day and direct access back home along the skiway.

Snowy Blue Spruce Lodge is a fully equipped duplex with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional cost.

The pet fee is $30 plus taxes per night/per pet. With VRBO, the pet fee listed is priced for the duration of your stay. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could just make first tracks in the morning.
