Enjoy this spectacular residence from the huge balcony opening off the living room and all three bedrooms with great views of the Inter coastal at sunset from this new-ultra-luxury Residence. The expansive views from this three bedroom unit encompass the inlet, West Palm beach and the Inter coastal. This spacious condo has a gourmet kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room and a large master suite with Marble floors throughout, Custom Kitchen Cabinets, Granite Counter tops and Miele appliances.

This is a new development with award winning accolades and amazing amenities. The development includes two pools, one on/or actually in the beach (see pictures), regular deck pool, on-site restaurant, two private movie theaters, two social rooms with pool tables, two fitness rooms, private cabanas, concierge service and private entrance. There are private cabanas and covered lounge chairs available around the pool. There are so many palm trees that you feel like you are in the Caribbean except you can go shopping in West Palm Beach! You will have access to all amenities that are managed by the Ritz Carlton.

Singer Island is located just minutes from famous Palm Beach Island, PBI Airport, Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, Cityplace in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Zoo, Planetarium, Shopping, Restaurants, Golf Courses. Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $345 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.

The condo was amazing. Everything we could have asked for and more. The employees went above and beyond answering questions and helping us get acquainted with the property. Only drawback was one pool was closed and under construction. Not a big issue as there were not a lot of people there during our stay. Highly recommend! Will definitely be going back.

It was a beautiful, spacious condo. Service from the Ritz Residence staff was top notch. Easy check-in and check out. Had everything you needed to enjoy your time. Sad to leave, but excited to be able go return one day.

Nice oceanfront property

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was nice being able to see both the sunrise and the sunset from the balconies. The primary suite was spacious and had great views. The condo had all we needed and the host was very accommodating. Ritz staff was just as we expected - the best!

Beautiful views and great amenities

We loved the views and amenities. The size of the condo and layout were great for our family of five. The staff at the front desk, pool, and beach were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were easy to reserve and use. The pools and beach were not crowded at all. The only downside was a 24/7 Seven Eleven right next door. It got a little lively at 2am one night (I called security to see if anything could be done and it was addressed very quickly and the people left), It was also loud when they emptied the dumpsters outside or the Seven Eleven got deliveries from trucks, This was usually mid morning and was brief, so if you’re up early it won’t be a problem. All in all the place gave us the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy our vacation time together!

I would return here

All of the staff at the Ritz Residence were super nice and friendly to us - top notch. I was disappointed that the unit was only on the 4th floor, as I read reviews on here that it was on the 21st floor. The listing doesn't specifically indicate which floor, so that would have been helpful to know ahead of time. But, we still enjoyed the view from the 4th floor and the balcony was shaded which was super nice to be able to sit out and enjoy the fresh air without being in the full, hot sun. The unit was quite lovely and enjoyable for us, 2 couples. We brought our snorkel gear and to our pleasant surprise there were numerous rock formations directly off the beach with plenty of fish to see. The private beach with staff to accommodate your needs (chairs, umbrella) was great! We also enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the beach. We will come back. They do not provide kleenex tissues, so I had to buy that. We brought our own coffee. There is a Publix grocery store across the bridge, short drive.

great family vacation

we really enjoyed our stay in this property. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, and the property was amazing. We really enjoyed the two pools and the beach. In addition, there were tennis courts right next door. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful and convenient location

The condo is very nice with a pretty good view of the ocean. It was very clean. The amenities of the property are very good, what you would expect from the Ritz Carlton. The owner was responsive and there were no problems. I definitely recommend staying here!

Had a great stay. Would definitely recommend. Plane gor delayed and didn’t get in til after midnight, but the staff was friendly and helpful. 5 star treatment from the staff at the ritz. Property was clean and was perfect for our family.

View of the beach and inter-coastal

Our family of 5 had stayed in this particular condo 7 years before and it was good to be back, albeit with only one teenager in tow now with the other 2 at college. So can testify that the Ritz is an amazing vacation for kids of all ages and still remains our favorite family vacation spot. I had forgotten how interesting the view from the balcony is there as you get a 180 degree view from the Ritz pools across ocean to the inter coastal. I like the layout of this condo and the the master suite is quite large. (For families with young children it helps having the children’s bedroom in a more quiet part of the condo) We particularly love the Ritz staff who are always so friendly and welcoming. The managing agents were helpful and very communicative too in arranging our stay and also in sorting out an immediate but small repair that was needed in the unit. They also arranged an extension of our stay by setting us up in another condo and tried to mitigate any disruption to our trip by arranging a transfer from one unit into the next. Our family loves everything about the Ritz: luxury, convenience and all the amenities you could possibly need. That’s why we have returned every year for the past 11 years. We will be back again soon!
