almost a four star

Expereinced problems with the air condtiooning which i have not expereinced before , although this hotels was full the two nights, iwas there the ac problem may ahve been possibly due to the length of the heat wave, possibly, the free breakfest was excellen, staff courtuous, room and all ameinities including the pool were clean, well kept, the tv was small compared to others but the channels were great, i would like to give this a four star the staff and owners clerly deserve, due to the ac problem i cant but would recommend guests try other reviews, as my bad luck on this trip might be clouding my juddgement

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth \$200/Night Unfortunately, my experience i t was far from pleasant. The room had several issues that made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep: * The bed was uncomfortable, the pillow was too small, and the AC unit was extremely loud. * The fridge made constant noise, and there was a bad smellin the room. * The windows were old and couldn’t be opened, and the towels felt worn out. *Cleanliness was only average, which didn’t help the overall impression. The breakfast was a major letdown—just bread, waffles, and sweet items. There were no hot protein options like bacon or sausage. The only “healthier” choices were hard-boiled eggs, which isn’t enough for a balanced breakfast. Additionally, there was no staff present at check-out, and no one asked how the stay was. This lack of customer service is disappointing, and hopefully, this review helps the company take steps to train and educate their team. For $200 a night, this stay was definitely not worth the price. The only positives the outdoor pool is nice, and the location is good.

Good budget hotel with excellent location and great staff. We stayed in a 2 queen bed room. Room size was good. Beds were comfortable. There was mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tv. Bathroom was clean too. Only issue with the room was that the floor was very dirty. You can’t see it because the flooring is dark brown color but our kids were playing on the floor and after half hour or so of playing we realized their feet and legs were all black!! This was the only let down. If floors can be cleaned properly that would be great! Other than that, staff is great, they have buffet breakfast with boiled egg, waffles, beagle, bread, cereals. For spreads they had peanut butter, marmalade, jam, cream cheese and butter. Tea, coffee and juice. Location is great, just 5min drive from downtown brockville. Staff is great too! Will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area

Found the floor to be extremely dirty, dusty like it was never vacuumed cleaned for a while. The AC was noisy, did not get proper rest during the night. The staff was outstanding, hospitality a high note.

Food options were plentiful within the vicinity, bed was amazingly comfortable, staff was pleasant and allowed a late check-out for us and the pool was spectacular! While the internet didn't seem to work, we weren't too concerned as we had an unplugged weekend of family fun.😊 Great place....would highly recommend!!!
