Bachelor Party Excursion

Excellent property central to all the city of Sosua has to offer. The hosts Fabio and Nancy were very responsive and informative through the booking process. Property is amazing. Gated with private Security. We felt very safe. ...Very spacious with all the room you need. Property managers Enrico and Armando provided all the information we needed to make our trip most enjoyable...The staff cleaned everyday and did laundry when requested. I will definitely stay there again!!

Worth every penny

Overall experience was wonderful. Villa was amazing, and staff was friendly. From housekeeping to the security guard Jose, every one was professional and courtesy which made us felt at home. Armando, who became our unofficial tour guide was the best! He took care of us and ensure we had a great time . I will definitely be back!

Great property for large groups.

I just stayed in this villa for 4 days with only 2 other guys so it was more house than we needed but its perfect. Nice size pool, all the rooms were a good size with tvs and ac. There were 2 cleaners at the house everyday and a security guard at night. Couldn't ask for more out of a property. Only down is there was a leak from the plumbing in 1 of the bathrooms upstairs which they were working on the entire time but I dont think they fixed it yet.

Absolutely amazing!

This place....well, the place itself was absolutely amazing. The pictures don't do it justice at all! It's a huge property kept in pristine condition, and the staff, from Enrico, to Fabio, to the cleaning staff - everyone was great! Only a 5 minute walk from the main strip, no problems at all with guests, and we had some extra benefits that I won't mention here as I can't guarantee anyone else will receive them for sure! Just know that these guys will go above and beyond for you! Will definitely be booking again.

A large, luxurious property that's perfect for group vacations

La Villa de Lion provided everything our group could have wanted for our trip. We were a group of engineering students that filled the entire house. The property has 9 bedrooms with a mix of queen and king beds and plenty of common areas indoors, though we spent most of our time hanging out by the pools. The 4 kitchens are fully stocked with appropriate dinnerware, cooking supplies, and appliances which is made eating cheaply very easily. A supermarket was a 2-minute walk away that had a lot of local food and internationally recognized brands. There were also plenty of restaurants a 10 minute walk away. Great features of the house: Daily maid and gardening service kept the property looking gorgeous Jugs of potable water were restocked on the property, already included in the price of the rental Our security guard was really friendly and helpful Wifi on the property US electrical outlets in the building Individual bedrooms lock with a key that you are given Safe walking distance of downtown and beaches Fabio was incredibly helpful with helping us organized. He arranged transportation from/to STI airport and answered dozens of emails with all of the questions we had before the trip about the property and the area. I would highly recommend you stay at one of his properties. If you have a large group, this one will be incredibly fun, affordable, and convenient for your group.
