I arrived for a wedding to which the shuttle left at 4:30pm and my room was not ready until about 5 minutes before. I had to do my hair and change in the public restroom of the lobby. When the maintenance manager on staff addressed the large group waiting for rooms, he was asked if he was aware there was a wedding. The maintenance manager, then proceeded to tell the group of about 20+ people that this was the first time he was hearing about a wedding. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Considering I paid over $500 for an under mediocre. . This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Considering I paid over $500 for a below mediocre accommodation the least they could do was make sure the rooms were ready.

Good location. Nice indoor pool (but we didn’t bring suits :/). Walking distance to local breakfast & pizza options. Dealt with a little early-morning noise coming from the food prep area, but what can you do? Everyone wants breakfast!!

Our rooms’ shower wasn’t functioning and the other room we were offered was below the main floor level and smelled of smoke and mold. If staying for 1 night and checking in in the evening for a relaxing easy stay, it wasn’t for us, and they seemed understaffed. The breakfast was ok and had a good variety of options.
