Easy check in.room was clean.pool was warm.hot tub/jacuzzi was relaxing.also there is a sauna.breakfast area was clean and had a variety of choices for food and drinks.plenty of storage for clothes in room.problems with room,missing handle on dresser.line to hang wet clothes in shower was broken.also volume of tv was low even at max.

NEVER AGAIN AWFUL EXPERIENCE

This was the worst experience I have ever had staying at a hotel. The pool and jacuzzi where unable to be used by adults the jacuzzi which is supposed to be for adults where being used by underage children 7-8 year olds jumping in and out of the jacuzzi like animals. Kids running and screaming in the hallways until late hours in the night. I spent 600 for me and my family to enjoy this hotel I was unable to do so was a complete waste of money.

This is a very nice hotel. I didn’t like all the kids in the hot tub in the pool area. Kinda ruined it for my wife and I. We were celebrating our anniversary. Mostly in the room because of all the kids and the parents that didn’t monitor them. I didn’t even see staff enforcing the rule of 16 and under can’t be in there. Very disappointing.

The rooms are very clean and apparently newly remodeled. They are small however. I had 2 queens and a bit tight. Nice area. The staff at the desk when I arrived, specifically the female who was training/assisting the other staff member needs to tone it down. I walk in with a walker and she simplay proceeds to assign me a room on the second floor. I ask if there is an elevator and she says No. I have 2 teenagers with me and was now becoming nervous that we could not stay there. I had no idea it was not handicap accessible on floor 2. She immediately barks "no reason to be rude". I was in no way rude and told her that. Pretty bad when two teens raise their eyebrows and go on about how rude she was and so forth.
