This charming 2-bedroom, pet friendly Cape Cod home is designed for easy, relaxed vacation living- whether you’re here for beach days, bike rides, or cozy nights in..
Step inside to find a bright comfortable home with central air, a gas fireplace, and a sunny game filled room that’s perfect for morning coffee or family fun. The house includes fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of room to unwind after a day on the Cape.
Head downstairs where you’ll find a ping pong table and extra hang out space. The backyard features a hot tub- ideal for relaxing under the stars after a day of exploring.
For adventure lovers we provide bikes for easy rides to the beach, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and other local spots!
We provide strollers as well for families visiting. We have a fenced in backyard for your furry family members! The house is only a ten minute drive to the Nantucket ferry located in Hyannis for a fun day trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Mares property with our kids and our pup. Clean, dog friendly home, with lots of fun, beachy decor, and plenty of space to spread out with the family. Location is close to everything! Beautiful beaches very close by where we watched the sunsets with our kids and dog, then ended our days soaking in the hot tub every night. 3 minutes away to the closet grocery store and other attractions, but the home was still tucked away in a private, beautiful neighborhood. Mare was wonderful to communicate with! Thank you so much for a wonderful September stay on Cape Cod in your home!

Overall our stay at this rental was very lovely! When we arrived the house smelled wonderful, the windows were open and everything was decorated thematically and we were left with no doubt that we were at the beach. We really appreciated the sunroom/porch and the outdoor areas the most. It was very tranquil and relaxing and our experience overall was great. There were a few things of note that I want to bring up here so the owner knows about it and can maybe fix for future visitors. We found that a couple of the lamps in the household did not turn on. I am not sure if the bulbs were dead or if they were operated off of a switch, but it was a bit confusing.The hot tub's lights did not work. We also were not able to change the temperature of the hot tub to a higher value than 99.The power button for the remote control for the TV in the porch area did not work, you had to turn it on at the TV itself. The Roku attached to that TV was also unplugged initially when we arrived and we plugged in back in to use the TV. The grill's ignition button does not work. You have to use a lighter to ignite the gas for it. This did lead to a minor issue that resulted in the hair of my arms to get burnt but that was mostly user error. All in all, these were minor inconveniences and did not negatively impact the enjoyment of our stay, hence why I have chosen to rate it 5 stars.

The property is was clean and comfortable. I would like to see the bathroom updated or at least repainted behind the on door on the molding. Also the grab bars had some rust. I would recommend updating the Keurig machine. This one is quite old and the lid to the water had mold. Otherwise we loved the house and and would love to stay next year.

Great vacation!

This house was perfect for friends and family. There was ample space and a private backyard. The owners were easy to communicate with. The air conditioners were a great help, and the central location allowed for easy exploration of the Cape. We would definitely come back!

Delightful home for a getaway

This property was so delightful-stepping into the home, you are whisked to a beachy cottage. The color scheme and beach decor was throughout the home, it was so refreshing. Mare, the owner, was so communicative throughout, answering every question I had. She paid attention to all the details in the home-everything is here that you could want or need. The hot tub was lovely on this cool weekend. We are already trying to figure out when we can return next. Thank you, Mare!

everything was phenomenal! The layout was perfect for our family, the backyard was completely fenced in for our two dogs and everything was clean and worked as it should. Clean, Cozy, & Comfy

I stayed at this property for 5 days/4 nights. The living room furniture was well upholstered, the kitchen had every item/gadget I could possibly need, the bed was super comfortable. I stayed here during a January cold snap, and the central heating system worked great. The back yard patio and deck must be wonderful in the summertime...I got to view them in the snow, but they would be an asset in the summertime! Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

My husband, dogs, and I stayed for a long weekend in Oct 2024 so we could do hiking trips with out a long commute from our home on upper Cape. It was an ideal location to go to Race Point Beach, Nauset Beach, and Chatham. The property was immaculate, pictures shown absolutely represent the charm of the property. Lots of little extras like a bag of dog treats, bottles of water, kcups, etc. They even had towels & blankets for dogs. Bathrobes to use the jacuzzi. We used the jacuzzi out last night looking up at the stars. The neighborhood is quiet and all the neighbors we ran into while walking our dogs were warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend this property. Communications with the property owner were seamless through text, funny, kind, and thoughtful. Thank you Mare for allowing us this special weekend.

Welcoming vacation home

We stayed for several nights at this wonderful home away from home. Everything was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, all amenities were as stated or better. We were allowed to have our dog with us, which was a great relief because we did not want to leave her, and she was quite comfortable as well. The host was very communicative, hospitable, and friendly. We would definitely consider staying here again if able. Thank you so much for the great time, it was exactly what our family needed!

Thoughtful amenities and great stay!

Wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood. The owner provided so many sweet extra amenities (like dog treats, a full keurig assortment, beach chairs, umbrellas, mints... you get the idea) and we were very comfortable. Great backyard for us and our dog. Clean and nice hot tub. Easy access to everything around. Would stay there again!

Perfect spot for family of 4!

Very friendly host, extremely clean property with hot tub that was awesome! Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, and house layout was spacious for our kids to play. Ping pong table was a plus! Would definitely come back.

Great Place

I could not have asked for a better place for the pup and I to enjoy a long, relaxing weekend away. Mare’s home is incredibly well decorated, super clean and has all that you need with plenty of space! The hot tub was the cherry on top! Could not recommend more.

Great home for a family getaway!

This home is so cozy and welcoming and perfect for a family. The host has thought of everything to make your visit fun- popcorn machine, clean towels, welcome treats, outdoor table set and ready for dinner. The location is ideal and just a couple minutes away from beaches, restaurants and entertainment. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. I definitely recommend!

Okay but not to par . We were told it is sterilized , however we found dirty towels & sheets We had to was towels . Front storm door broken , stove burners not working, man’s clothes left in closet, grill was filthy
