A Wonderful roomy home with TV in both master bedrooms up and down. Directly across the street from the beach, fully appointed kitchen and a most attentive host. This house is beautiful, clean and so spacious! It was perfect for our needs. The beach is a quick and easy walk right across the street. The host was great and responded quickly to any questions I had. My girlfriends and I got really lucky with a perfect weather weekend and really enjoyed our stay here. We did a 101 mile bike ride around beautiful cape cod! And highly recommend the house and area!

A Great Time with Family

Family vacation

We had six adults and four kids under three. The property worked out great with the beach across the street, swings a short walk away, and a good restaurant close by as well. There’s also lots to do nearby for days when not beach weather. Alex always got back quickly to any questions. Great week for our family.

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and well appointed. The owner was very communicative and helped us with an issue that was outside of his control (and not related to the house). I highly recommend this property and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Quick family get away

We had a wonderful time on our four day getaway with our children and grandchildren. The South Shore Dr. property was in a great location. We were able to walk over to the beach and still be close to all the important things. The hosts were wonderful and answering any questions and helping us with our stay. Great family vacation home

We had a wonderful stay, spending time with family and enjoying the beautiful property. You can’t beat the location, and the property owners were so responsive! The house is well appointed with everything we needed, clean and very spacious. There were 10 of us, and we had tons of room to spread out and relaxed. We really enjoyed the back deck and fire table as well. Highly recommend!

The Best of Both Worlds

This vacation home has all the charm and character of an old fashioned cottage but it has all the modern amenities for a very comfortable stay. It is also large and laid out in a way that works great for 2 families or groups that want to vacation together while still having some privacy. It has an incredible front lawn and split rail fence that looks across the street at a knoll of scrubby pines, a picnic area, and the ocean. All communication with the owner was simple, clear and quick. This is a wonderful place.

Beach week.

We loved everything about the place. Right across the street from a nice beach that was not crowded at all. Very clean with comfortable seating, ample dining area and great amenities. The street is not excessively busy as many are on the cape. Alex is very responsive and checked in to be sure everything was ok. And it is not far from Pirates Cove mini golf!

Great family vacation

Our adult children and us (5people total) spent a week at this house in July. The house was lovely & plenty big enough for us to be comfortable. Great location. Quiet neighborhood even with the proximity to the beach. Host was very attentive & quick to respond to any questions or needs. I hope to be able to return for another visit soon!

Perfect Location

A beautiful home located just across the street from the beach. The house is as described, clean and well maintained. Checking in and out was very easy The yard was nicely landscaped and the deck was great to sit outside. There was plenty of parking. Host was always available to answer any questions before, during and after our stay (we left something behind). We would definitely rent this house again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
