This is truly beautiful getaway summer, fall, spring and summer (year-round) just .6 miles (5 minute walk) to the beach (e.g. Parker’s River Beach & South Middle and Seaview), .3 miles to Skull Island (mini golf-entertainment complex), .2 miles to the Irish Village for your entertainment and walking distance to many restaurants, stores and other beaches (e.g. Smugglers Beach). This home is also an EV charger!

This spotless home offers 4 bedrooms (king bed, queen bed, 2 twins, 1 full bed+1 Rollaway Cot); comfortably sleeps 8 or more! This home has 2 full baths, central AC and is located in popular Bass River. Additionally, there is plenty of room for off street parking.

It has a fantastic floor plan which includes a master bedroom with a private bath, the home has been completely updated, offers a lot of natural light with its expansive windows and lots of room for you to enjoy.

The fenced-in backyard offers a patio with plenty of space for Cape Cod summer gatherings, gas and charcoal grill, propane and wood burning firepits, plenty of seating and a new outdoor shower!

A wonderful home.

The house has everything you would ever need or want and Brenda and Michael were so helpful and communicative. They took care of everything that we needed and the location is close to the beach as well as grocery stores, coffee, and gas. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Property Close to the Beach and much more

The property located close to the beach, stores, mini-golf, restaurants and more. The property was extremely clean and fully equipped. The fenced in backyard was private and also offered a wood and gas fire place, outdoor shower, cornhole and axe throwing. We would highly recommend this property and will def be back.

Wonderful getaway

"A Wave From It All" is a charming well-renovated house with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the yard, especially the outdoor games and shower, and loved being able to walk to the beach every day. Spotless, fully fitted out to immediately enjoy your stay. Close to shopping, restaurants and beaches - very comfortable and easy to use. Brenda was also easily available if you needed anything - which we did not. Highly recommend!!!

Unbelievable!

This is the best VRBO house any of us have ever stayed at. It had everything we could have possibly needed from usb hubs in every room to any and all kitchen accessories. The decorating of the entire house was first class. The location is perfect and close to everything. We highly recommend!!
