Excellent rental. We had a great stayPros: 1 mile to bike trail, south beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and things to do with kids. Five minute drive to little-used Long Pond for swimming and kayaking. Comfortable beds, plenty of room for 8 people on three floors, mini splits to control temp in zones, smart TVs in living room and basement with Roku, well-stocked kitchen with tons of cabinet space, great fenced-in back yard with fire pit and some games for kids, parking for four cars, plenty of towels. Spacious outdoor deck with large table and chairs. Shed to store your bikes. Excellent wifi. Pretty neighborhood. 4 beach chairs.Cons: When first entering there was an ant trap on the floor in the kitchen behind the door which of course our dog immediately spotted but fortunately didn't chew. No need for ant traps because there were no ants. But this would be a hazard for babies or dogs. Probably left by previous renters but should have been caught in cleaning. When we wiped up the area where the trap was, it was clear the floor hadn't been washed recently.When we wanted to use the barbecue Weds night we discovered the tank was empty and no spare tank. The owner offered to swap the tank the next day or for us to fill it that night and he would reimburse. The barbecue was rusted and filthy so we decided to pass on barbecuing.The A/C in the king room is the same height as the bed, is near the bed, and blows right across the bed -- if you're not a fan of A/C.
