The staff was very friendly. Rooms were ok, beds were hard to sleep on and no AC. Dinner options were limited and overall not that great. Would recommend eating elsewhere. As we were on a cruise, it was a convent place to be.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Elizabeth house hotel. The staff were excellent. Very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it others as well.

First and foremost are the staff who were so helpful & friendly nothing was too much trouble! Really good night's sleep in excellent beds. We stayed for a few days (unusual as most were cruise 1 night stays) as a base for day trips and enjoyed a nightcap in the little garden after a long day. Would recommend as a base for trips to New Forest, Stonehenge or cruise stay & park.

Stayed for 1 night before a cruise. Checked in late, around 11:30pm. They had sent a message that reception closes at 10pm, and a porter is around until 11:30pm, who checked me. But after that, there's no one manning the reception desk for anythin. That should be clearly notified. The property has no elevator, so carrying 5 bags up the flight of stairs was not fun. The rooms don't have any air conditioner, had to use a fan in the room to get some breeze going. Location was good, staff was attentive. But I wouldn't stay here again unless I had no other option.

If you are looking for a modern hotel, this isn’t it. BUT if you want a quaint, English hotel, then come here. The food was good although the rooms looked worn. Lastly, there is no elevator. For all of us who who were staying at the hotel for its convenient location to the cruise terminal, we had to carry multiple luggage up and then down very slim stairs.

Really friendly, professional staff who were courteous. We received a warm welcome when we arrived from the lady on reception. She was also our server at breakfast and was excellent. Really lovely cooked breakfast and a good selection of other breakfast options to choose from. Would recommend.

Very nice place. Only stayed one night prior to a cruise but the room was extremely comfortable and spacious. I loved the room. Big windows that open and chairs to sit at the window. Bathroom was huge. The staff were amazing. Thus includes the young lads working the breakfast room. I would recommend and I would stay here again. Quick taxi ride to the port
