Penthouse is situated on the Top of building having a big Balcony and side Sea View from back balcony. Leading to Kitchen and Big Hallway, Living room is perfectly seized where you can chill and Relax. Your joy continues entering the Rooms.
First Spacious Bedroom with walk inn wardrobe and en-suite having also a balcony w/ sea view. Second Room Spacious as well having a Nice side Sea View from balcony has also a Private Bathroom situated in hallway with a Bathtub.

Having a lot of Bars and Restaurants, also Malta National Aquarium is great place to visit. There is a lot of Bus Stops which can lead you to Melieha, Valletta, St.Julians,...

Appartement spacieux

Un grand merci Ă  Milena pour sa rĂ©activitĂ©. Appartement bien situĂ©, nous avons louĂ© une voiture et nous avons trouvĂ© toujours la place pour se garer le soir. L'appartement est traversant et bien Ă©quipĂ© dotĂ© d'une grande terrasse oĂč nous avons pris nos dĂźners. Voisins animĂ©s mais avec le double vitrage nous avons profitĂ© d'un calme absolu.

The location is excellent and the cost benefit ratio is good. With a bit better maintenance the apartment has even greater potential. We have enjoyed our stay there very much. The views from the balconies are wonderful.

The apartment was large, clean and in a good location. It’s easy to walk into St Paul’s Bay and has restaurants and bars very close by. The Bugibba jetty is 5 minutes walk down the hill and there are small supermarkets within walking distance. Milena - the host responded very quickly to any issues we had and was quick to try and help. We had fruit and wine when we first arrived that was a nice touch. However - the front balcony had old furniture/2 old chairs and a broken table that meant we were unable to sit and eat outside comfortably. There was also no shade provided for example an umbrella or awning and because we stayed in August we were unable to sit outside during the day.The back balcony was dirty /peeling paintwork and had no furniture at all. Not a nice area to sit on. The apartment needs generalMaintenance and should be checked before guests arrive. door handles coming off and shower head broken - which we had to tie it up with string. The other shower head broke whilst we were there but the owner did replace that one. Lack of utensils and pans in the kitchen - I had to ask for more glasses which the owner did supply however I did buy some wine glasses. We had no gas and had to ask for more - which the owner did supply. The TV wouldn’t work - the owner did supply batteries that we had to use in the air conditioning unit! The air conditioning was very noisy in the bedrooms and we had to ask for another remote as initially we were sharing one.

Large apartment Great location

I stayed 3 weeks here. Great location. Large apartment. Views of the sea. Close to good cafes and restaurants. Clean. Easy self check-in. Good communication with owner.I gave 4 stars instead of 5 - Can be a bit noisy at times. Sound from other apartments filter through. Water pressure in shower not great. I found it took forever to get the hot water in the shower UNLESS I used the basin tap to get warm water first. So....turn on basin tap until water is warm...then turn off and turn on shower. Worked every time! Its minor thing and didn't bother me too much. I would stay again.

spacious, bright and great location

The apartment was great. Very clean, bright and spacious, with a large dining and kitchen area leading onto a massive balcony (10x20 ft). Living area with sofa and a book case with lots of books and information on Malta. the two bedrooms where also a good size with both having double beds and one an ensuite. An other bathroom with shower over a bath. It was situated about 500 yds from the harbour where 5 tour cruises depart from. (the best being Mermaid cruises) There is a small supermarket at the end of the street, 200 yds from the front door of the block (turn right when you come out) which had all the essentials needed for a stay. Bread, milk, water, wine beer and spirits. In the back streets behind this shop are three or four bars and restaurants then a few more steps takes you to the main road (Mosta Road) with lots of shops and the bus stop to travel the Island. We had a great holiday in the apartment in St Pauls Bay, Malta.

Beautiful Penthouse Apt was as described

Our accommodations were very nice. Our host made check in and check out very easy for us with great communication skills. She responded right away to any questions I had. Good value for our 21 day stay in St Paul’s Bay. Apartment was very roomy with two separate balconies to enjoy the beautiful sunset from. Apartment was as described with no issues. I would recommend this apartment rental for any stay in Malta. Thank you Milena.

Great Penthouse Apartment in a Great Location

Communication with the host was very good throughout our stay. Milena gave very easy instructions to follow regards check-in and check-out. At check-in the apartment was very clean and it is bright, big and roomy. The walk in wardrobe makes storage really easy for travellers. And the big kitchen and dining area adjacent the main balcony makes for a great space. The main balcony gets the sun from about 9am to 2pm. The nearest supermarket is a couple of minutes walk away and there are a number of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Close by is a main road that has loads of buses going all over the island. About 20min away by bus is a very well serviced sandy beach at Mellieha Bay, sunbeds are 5euro each. We would definitely recommend it as a base for exploring Malta, and hope to return soon.
