This beautiful bungalow features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Tucked away in a quaint neighborhood 1 mile from the beach, you will find the relaxing vacation you deserve! The hardest decision each day will be if it is a beach or pool day or which seafood restaurant to visit at nearby Indian Rocks Beach verses throwing your own catch on the grill!

You will enjoy having your own private in ground pool (recently updated and resurfaced in 2022) to lounge in on those lazy days you just don't feel like going to the beach!

This newly renovated house is tastefully decorated and offers a spacious and open floor plan. The kitchen/dining area offers a large table and has a center island with seating for 4 that overlooks the living area that has a cozy sofa, loveseat, and a smart TV for all your streaming needs. The 3 bedrooms have new furniture and hotel quality furnishings.
You will also find a beautiful Florida room off the back of the house that overlooks the large pool area that also offers a desk, just in case you need to do a little work while you're here.
The primary bedroom features a King size bed with ensuite full-size bathroom, offering a walk-in shower. The 1st guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full-size bunk bed which also has a small flat screen TV with an Xbox 360. The 2nd guest bedroom features a queen-size bed. The second bathroom is in a hallway across from the guest rooms and has a walk-in shower. No need to take up space or renting baby equipment, a highchair and pack/play are available for guests to use at the house.

This property features a large pool area with new loungers, outdoor wicker sectional couch, BBQ grill and outdoor dining table with umbrella. This is a perfect area for entertaining or simply relaxing after a sun soaked day at the beach!

This comfortable Florida home is located 1 mile from Indian Rocks Beach, as its tucked away in the residential area but close enough to everything you need! Just being on the other side of the Walsingham causeway, you are close enough to walk or bike to the beach! You will be conveniently close to restaurants and bars, shopping, miniature golf and much more! We are close to Tampa where you can spend the day at Busch Gardens or take a day trip to Orlando and visit Disney. Clearwater Beach is located a short distance to the North and John's Pass to the South.

As our guests, you will have access to the whole home, except for the garage.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Home away/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
