Went during spring break. Big mistake. Other than that is was very nice. Restaurants within walking distance and a Publix across the street. The only downside for me with a bad heart were the three flights of stairs.

Fewest number of pool chairs in my 3 years here. Vey disappointed as we pay premium rent and this is the only amenity available. Manager enforced no saving chairs from 9-5 but 70% of chairs were reserved by 7:30 am and then occupied by people at 9 when he arrives. This arbitrary enforcement is in fair but realize he can only enforce while working. Something here needs to change. Pool is a wonderful amenity!

We had an amazing stay at Cosmin’s place! Luxury apartment with lots of space and on a lovely complex with a pool! Great location to go visit lots of places and Clearwater beach a short drive away, will definitely return to this place!

Enjoyed my stay. The place had everything my partner and I needed. The pool can be quite crowded but that is to be expected. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The full size washer and dryer is great for those of us who hate to do vacation laundry when we get back home. I wish I could change the stairs to a ramp to help assist with carrying luggage and any other wheeled items. Owners did make it clear in the description.
