BEACHFRONT BLISS! Beautiful Gulf view! Beach Cottage Unit #2403

Recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the Beach Cottage! This unit is located directly in the center of building II with a direct view of the Gulf from our spacious balcony! Both the living room and master bedroom have direct access to the balcony and gorgeous views!
Wood plank tile throughout the condo.
Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, cambria countertop with breakfast bar.
Master Bedroom is spacious with a King Bed, large walk in closet, smart tv and direct access to the balcony. Master Bath has double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom has 2 queen beds, large closet, and smart tv. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo.
Living room has a sleeper/sofa, loveseat, chair electric fireplace and large smart tv.
Other amenities include FREE Wi-Fi, full size washer and dryer in unit, books, games, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella available for your use.
Exterior Features: Assigned covered parking space included with plenty of guest parking available. The beach has white, silky soft sand and a volleyball area. There is a large heated pool and spa, gas grill station, outdoor showers/restrooms and a very large pool deck with plenty of loungers tables and chairs. Close to restaurants, shopping, bird sanctuary, Clearwater beach, St. Pete, I-271 and the airports.

The condo was perfect with beautiful views and the host was so accommodating! The beach supplies (chairs, toys, cooler, etc) were so helpful as we flew and were not able to pack our own. Indian Shores is a great area, close to restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend!

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our stay was absolutely perfect—exactly what we needed! The property was spotless and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from beach towels and chairs to all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The ocean view was incredible—such a treat to wake up to every day. The hosts were amazing: attentive, responsive, and truly made us feel welcome. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo

This was our first stay at Indian Shores. Our family loved the breathing taking sunsets, beautiful beach, and the condo was stunning. Linda was amazing to work with and helped make our stay amazing. The check in process was easy and the assigned parking for the condo unit was a bonus! The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and accessories. We loved the condo it was clean and newly updated. We saw dolphins and loved the bird sanctuary next door. We will definitely book here again when in the area.

CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED

This condo smelled so nice and clean. It was clean and stocked better than any other we've ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and very quick to respond with any questions/concerns we had. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.

Amazing!

This has been our favorite place to stay in all our years of family beach vacations. View was amazing, condo had any and everything you needed, condo seating and beds were comfortable, easy/quick walk to the beach, and Linda was always quick to respond when we had questions. Beautiful Property and Wonderful Owners - Highly Recommend

The property is great...just as pictured and described. The unit itself is spacious and very well cared for. Everything is new and in great working order. The entire property is very well maintained as well. The owners were amazing and were extremely responsive and the unit has everything you could need (kitchen items, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, toys, etc.). The location is great as well! Just Amazing

Right from the start Linda was wonderful!! She was so helpful and kind through our week. Their condo is so beautifully updated and decorated. It had absolutely everything we needed. Family Get Away

Overall we had a positive experience. I would however suggest that you upgrade the items in the kitchen. It appeared that the items were hand me downs, and nothing matched. Gave me the impression of someone's cottage, where they send the stuff that they used at home and bought new stuff for the house. But the place was overall comfortable, appreciated that the appliances were in good working order. Place was spotless when we got there and well stocked with essentials The building was very well maintained and in good order. People were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come back.

Excellent is the only word to describe what a wonderful condo.

From first booking to end last day of our stay everything was excellent. It would easily sleep 6 people and the kitchen had every gadget that you would possibly need. The bed in the main bedroom was so good you didn’t want to get up.

This unit has everything that you need and more for your trip. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. was nice to have available. Very clean and great view. Great condo and location

The condo is well appointed with higher end finishes in kitchen and bath. The unit is well stocked with cooking supplies and we appreciated the beach gear supplied. The unit also has baby gear such as high chair and pack n play. We didn't need those for our family, but if you have young children it's helpful. Owners are very communicative and I recommend renting this condo for your next vacation. The views of the beach from the balcony were fantastic.

Worth the wait!

We stayed for our 2 year delayed spring break trip. We knew the area so had great places to eat and visit. Beach was steps away and perfect! Condo as advertised, up to date and perfect size. Second bedroom sleepers did hear elevator at times but not a big problem. Only small thing is living room couch could be replaced as it may have seen better days. Plenty of kitchen supplies and huge closet of beach supplies. Beach towels plentiful for use at the great pool.
