Beach Front at “The Shore”

Just steps from the sugar sand beaches of Florida’s Gulf Coast, The Shore was designed to make beach living feel effortless and relaxing. From sunrise coffee overlooking the water to sunset walks along the shoreline, this beachfront retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm.



The condo is thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for your stay, including beach chairs, beach towels, starter toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen with an Instapot, toaster, and drip/kcup combo coffee maker, plus the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.



Please note: Our building recently reopened following a full restoration after back-to-back hurricanes. The building is fully approved for occupancy, the pool is open, and the property is beautifully maintained. Minor exterior finishing work (stucco) is ongoing in common areas. One elevator is temporarily out of service and expected to be operational by mid June; a second fully operational elevator is available.
