Our completely furnished top floor luxury condo anxiously awaits you. It boasts an ideal location which allows you, once you're here to be only steps away from having sand between your toes! The two bedroom jewel is nestled in Indian Rocks Beach with beautiful views and the inside has been furnished with you, our guests in mind. Relaxation begins the minute you walk in the door.

Watch TV in the living area and walk right into our master bedroom which offers a comfy king bed. The decor will have you feel at home immediately. The other bedroom is conveniently equipped with two twins and there's a bonus queen pull out sofa. You are provided with all the dishes, silverware, glasses for use along with a fully equipped kitchen for a whole experience. Create memories, tell stories and have laughs out on the balcony, put your feet up! You deserve it. Eat in at the condo and have a drink at bars conveniently located nearby or dine at restaurants that are just a walk away.

Couldn’t ask for a better place!! It was clean and set up great with lots of extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids, well equipped kitchen with some of the basics like coffee filters, seasonings detergent etc. I would absolutely recommend and will stay there again myself.

Wonderful condo on Indian Rocks beach

My family and I had a wonderful vacation, and this was the perfect location for us. Spacious, and only steps away from the beach. I especially appreciated the beach accessories including chairs and large canopy/umbrella. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

We had a wonderful week staying at this apartment. The location was wonderful, the beach is steps away and you can hear the ocean waves from the balcony. We flew to FL with 3 little kids, so packing was so easy when traveling here as everything you could need is provided from beach chairs, umbrellas and towels to beach toys. The kitchen is pretty well equipped with everything you need for cooking. We hope to return! Would recommend it to all!

Indian Rocks... rocks!

Have never been to this part of Florida. Indian Rocks was the perfect location, relatively quiet but just a short drive to everything else. The unit nicely appointed, good space, comfortable. A short walk to the beach. The condo had everything one might need.

A Week at the Beach

My wife and l had a wonderful experience staying at this property. Just a short walk to the beach.Everything was in working order. Plenty of paper products, laundry supplies, and dishwasher detergent. Bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella supplied. Short walk to restaurants and convenience stores. Larger stores 10 - 15 minute drive.We recommend this property.

Great location

We were very happy with this property. The location was great, only steps from the beach. There was some construction next door, but it wasn’t too disruptive. The property manager was very responsive and polite. We love the IRB area. It’s close enough to Clearwater or St Pete Beach, if you want a busier area with more restaurant or shopping options, but also has some great local restaurants and is much quieter, with smaller crowds and a quieter beach experience. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We would stay here again.

Cute Gem!

Property was just as listed. Adam was punctual with any needs that we had. Property had a door code for entry which was helpful. There were also two large beach umbrellas and several beach chairs for use. The balcony gave great views of the ocean and was shaded most of the day. Access to the beach was easy and just steps away from the property’s door.

Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay. Nice, big open floor plan with lots of light coming in from the balcony sliding door windows. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Very big kitchen. The property manager messaged us to make sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed, which was really nice. Best part, steps away from the beach. The only thing we had an issue with was the bathroom sink design is very high, we are short (5’6) and a step stool would be needed for kids. Not a really big deal though. Overall, we’d definitely recommend the condo and would love to stay here again.
