New queen bed and queen size sofa sleeper. Perfectly located between the hustle and bustle of St Pete beach restaurants and nightlife and the historic laid back community of Pass A Grille. ALL walking distance! The Free Beach Ride is a taxi service that works on gratuities only, so there is really no need for a car. There is NO other hamlet with quicker access to the beach via I-275 and the Bayway.
Within a cozy 20 condo bldg you won't be bothered with hundreds of adjoining condos.

St Pete Beach Condo

Beautiful stay, truly had everything you need. Umbrella, towels, sand toys, boogie boards, noodle, & beach chairs. The beach chairs were awesome as they have a backpack & cooler on them. Large space & had everything, we mainly cooked at the condo.

This condo is beautiful! Well maintained and clean. Quiet! Loved that it was close to the beach. Just a short walk away. Well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, towels, umbrella. The bed was so comfortable also. The owner was just a text or phone call away. Will definitely be back!!

This is a must stay spot

Everything was amazing, location, property, condo cleanliness and we love the freebie. Pass a grille is our favorite spot. We love 82 Degrees, enjoyed a cruise and the shelling is amazing. The condo is spacious and decorated amazingly. A few residents stop and spoke to us all very pleasant. Also, the building management power washed the outside and was putting new rock down. So they take great care of the place. We also loved that there was an outside shower and hose to rinse off and. It takes the sand inside with us. Thanks again..We will be back. The shelling is amazing here

Das Apartment ist wirklich super. Tolle Lage, sehr nah am Strand. Es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird und ich habe mich als Alleinreisende sehr sicher gefĂŒhlt.Kip konnte man immer ansprechen. Er hatte sofort Lösungen parat. Toller Kontakt.Ich wĂŒrde definitiv wiederkommen.

Wonderful holiday

The condo was beautiful! And considering the storm damage it was amazing how good it looked. Kip was wonderful kept in touch throughout my stay nothing was a problem for him! Will definitely be back next year

Great place to stay

This was our first vacation in 25 years without our kids. We were looking for a place to stay near the beach, but yet not on the beach. We found this excellent place and would love to back again. Public beach access is across the street. A grocery store is close as well. The owner has all the beach gear you need. The cost of the apartment and closeness to the beach is a great value.

Great condo and good location

If you have never been to St Pete Beach then do yourself a favor and go! The beaches are amazing and this condo is across the street from a beach access and easy walk to the beach. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities you would expect. The bed was comfy and we even had Netflix and cable TV. The outdoor shower behind the condo was nice for after the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler bags and beach toys to use. The on site laundry was very easy to use as well. We also did a clear bottom kayak tour that's only a short drive away and that was amazing! Some good restaurants within walking distance. Everything you need is right down the road. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back next year. We had 3 adults and a 7 year old with us.

A piece of PARADISE

The pictures are very accurate of the property. It was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Beach access is across the street and Dolphin Village a short walk, which includes Publix Grocery and many other stores and restaurants. Seeing dolphins in the intercoastal waters was an enjoyment. Kip was very quick in responding to any questions. We stayed 7 weeks.

We loved everything about it!! The unit had everything we needed!! It also had such a comfortable bed! Very safe area, with lots to do and great restaurants close by. The beach was just across the street! The best part was the owner Kip.. he was so pleasant and helpful with any questions I had!! Thank you for a wonderful get away!!

Great Location and Vacation

We loved this property. It is newly updated, on the intercoastal, across the street from beach access and walking distance to restaurants, bars, drug store and groceries. You just can't beat this location. Kip's response time was very quick. We loved this place and will be back.
