This is a newly remodeled, renovated, luxurious 2 bedroom (with 2 king beds)-2 bathroom condo with panoramic direct facing Gulf front views. Unit has newer furnishings, and is decorated with contemporary flair, a little local art and a bit of Rock-n-Roll edge. Unit is ideal for 4 people but will accommodate 6 with a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Unit contains the latest amenities possible including: free WiFi, state of the art flatscreen Samsung TV's with a 55' SmartTV in the living room, 40' flat screen Samsung SmartTV in master bedroom and 36' flat screen Samsung TV in 2nd Bedroom. All flat screens are wall mounted. Enjoy cable; or, if you like, listen to your tunes on Alexa.

Unit has two balconies, one off living area and another off master bedroom, which open up to crashing waves and jumping dolphins. No vertical blinds to deal with... Unit comes with remote controlled electric solar shades in both living room and master bedroom. Best of all, unit has new 'retractable' sliding glass doors in living room that disappear into the wall giving you a 'wide open' view of the Gulf from living, dining and kitchen areas. You have to see it to believe it!

The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled with new cabinetry and granite countertops. Kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and upgraded cookware. Both bathrooms have new stacked stone showers, come stocked with premium towels, and the master shower is glass enclosed.

Condo has nice designer touches - stacked stone in master bedroom on main/accent wall and around the wood-burning fireplace in living room, as well as a contemporary bar area with floating shelves, wine cabinet and under lighting in living room.

Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and well appointed with luxurious bedding, remote controlled bedside wall sconce lighting, and ceiling fans. Closets in both bedrooms have been nicely remodeled by California Closets with plenty of build-ins and storage.

This unit comes with everything you need for an outstanding beach vacation, including plush beach towels, sturdy Tommy Bahama beach chairs, big beach umbrella, portable cooler and a multitude of beach toys.

The 'Indian Shores/Indian Rocks Beach' area is one of America's best kept secrets. Fantastic location; a friendly laid back beach community that is minutes to groceries, a wide variety of restaurants, shopping, golfing, boating, sailing, fishing, jet-skiing, biking, every activity imaginable. It is centrally located between St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Tampa. Universal, Disney World, Epcot, Hard Rock Casino and Busch Gardens just a short drive away.

What We Provide:
The unit is fully furnished with all the appliances and utensils we believe are necessary for daily living. It also includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels. For your convenience, initial set-up/starter supplies, such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and some toiletries are supplied. Note that our vacation rental properties are “self-catering” accommodations and the “starter supply” is intended to help you get started and not intended to last your entire stay. We do not supply more than the initial supply to the property, and it is likely you may have to purchase some additional supplies during your stay.

Neighborhood & Noise
Our property is located on the first floor of an elevated building with 6 individual units (3 units on first floor and 3 units above on second floor), as well as having neighboring buildings close by. We are also a pet-friendly property. While many guests find the setting peaceful, you may occasionally see or hear neighbors, their pets, or other everyday activity during your stay.

Cleaning:
A departure housekeeping fee is included in your rental payment, and the unit will be cleaned after your departure. Additional/interim cleanings along with linen service may be arranged during your stay for an additional housekeeping fee. To protect against the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), our housekeeping standards and cleaning procedures have been enhanced to be in line with CDC guidelines, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces and the use of bleach-based cleaning solutions.

Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs:
To guarantee an early check-in, an additional night will need to be rented. However, we will notify you if your unit is ready before our standard 4 PM check-in time. Check-out time is 10 AM, and we are unable to offer later check-outs as we need the time to prepare the unit for the next guest.
