Did you say white quartz sandy beaches and stunning multicolored sunsets? Yes
and only a block and a half away from your front door when you stay at Mermaids Cove.

This bungalow is located in the hub of Indian Rocks Beach. Within walking distance to everything you need and steps to the Gulf of Mexico Beach. This piece of paradise is one of two units available (convenient if you want to bring more friends or family). It was newly remodeled in Spring 2019 with new furniture and stocked with all the comforts of home. Plus a NEW 3 hole mini golf putting green was just installed for our 2022 guests!!!

Featuring a full kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms that include a KING size and queen size bed. The kitchen was renovated with new white cabinets, granite counter tops, a large kitchen sink, and new appliances.

This gem has a new fence for more privacy so you can enjoy the front yard area while sitting on oversized lounge chairs and sipping on your morning coffee, or snacking on some local take out on the outside patio table.

Reserve Plums Paradise A & B and Mermaids Cove A & B. Book some or all units when traveling with larger groups for family reunions, company events, and multiple family or friendly vacations. These properties are 4 houses away from each other and only contain 2 units on each property. Rent both properties and have 6 bedrooms (4 Kings, 2 Queens), 2 pull out sofa beds, and 4 baths. Quiet time after 10pm strictly enforced per town code.

Awesome Little Beach House

Very cute little beach stay. 4 minutes from the beach, an amazing life cream shop, restaurants. There’s a CrossFit gym one mile away, a surf shop nearby. Super convenient and lots of great beach supplies on property. Great communication with the property manager.

Amazing family spring break trip

Mermaids Cove was perfect for our family of three. The property was as-advertised and was beautifully decorated and cozy. Sabrina sent us all the information we needed to access the property, and she even checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Our son loved all the beach toys provided in the shed, and the beach was only a block or two away from the property. This was a much-needed relaxing week for us, and we would definitely recommend Mermaids Cove.

What a delightful, tastefully decorated, conveniently located property! The website pictures accurately depict the rooms and outside area. Several delicious restaurants and the public beach are within walking distance. I like that the property supplied some toiletries (hand soap, paper towel, etc) so we didn't have to rush right away to buy toilet paper! The washer and dryer came in very handy. Responsive property manager. It is a duplex so you might/will see your neighbors as you share the yard. All in all, an excellent property!

IRB Gem

This little place had everything we needed and more. Well appointed home was just right for our family of four. Also included some of the extras that made our IRB visit a bit more special. Four bikes, coolers, wagons, chairs and umbrellas
 a putting green to boot. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property is as described and exactly what you see in the pictures. Host provided everything you need for the beach. My only concern was host asked us to do whites upon departing but did not want us to take off white sheets. Seemed a little odd, as if the same sheets would be used again for the next guest. Other than that this is a great spot in a great location.

Quick beach vacation

Enjoyed our stay, condo was cute and a good location being a short drive to Clear Water. Short walk to beach and the wagon with beach chairs was convenient. King bed was firm and comfortable. Owner was nice and quick to reply to questions.

Everything you need is here

Great location - 1.5 blocks to 15th St beach access. Many restaurants within walking/biking distance. The unit is nicely decorated and has everything you need - even had Glad Wrap in the kitchen drawer and sunscreen in the linen closet! The courtyard was perfect for morning breakfasts and the front bench offers a nice breezy place to read in the shade. The shed holds everything you need - 4 bikes, several wagons, and plenty of beach chairs. Laundry was very convenient as well. I highly recommend this place and plan to return again.

Wonderful!

This property was great! Just what we needed. Nice neighborhood, really cute place, the beds are comfortable. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. 2 Adults 2 Kids. Yummy restaurants within walking distance. Short walk to the beach. The only thing to note, is there is no crosswalk on the main road to get to the beach, and that can be a little tricky at times trying to cross with kids. The beach was beautiful, and not very crowded. We would stay here again.

Great little cottage, close to beach and super well equipped in terms of beach gear. Only thing I would add is a mattress topper for the larger bed as it is very firm. Owner was responsive throughout. Convenient to restaurants.

Amazing Spring Break!

The proximity to the beach could not be better! The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Our kids (7 & 9) loved playing mini golf in the back yard. Indian Rocks Beach has so much to offer within walking distance and this place provided the perfect home base for everything!

Cute little oasis

This place was in the perfect location, just a 2 minute walk across the street to a beautiful white sandy beach. Communication from day one was excellent, would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

Mermaid Cove was wonderful

This property was a gem ! Everything was perfect ! 1 block from the beach, excellent restaurants close by within walking distance. We parked our car upon arrival and didn’t have to use it at all. There is bikes, beach toys, chairs and coolers to use. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beach towels supplied as well. We had planned to go to Clearwater for supper one night but never felt the need to leave Indian Rock Beach. We hope to come back some day !! Thank you to our amazing hosts !!!!!

We loved this VRBO. From start to finish Bill and Sabrina were amazing. Checking in here and there to be sure everything was going ok and to see if we needed anything. When we walked in it was clean and inviting and so quiet. We never heard the neighbors. It only about a half a block from the beach and the Trolly stop. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and bars. It was such a wonderfully lovely girls trip.

This place was exactly as described. The property was perfect for our family. There was everything we needed for cooking and for going to enjoy the beach. We loved all the fun extras like bikes and yard games. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It’s a block from the beach but was an easy walk. Nice off-street parking. Very Clean with all the essentials!

This quaint 2 bedroom was perfect for my family of 4. It had everything we needed for a day at the beach or grilling dinner. The yard space was perfect for outdoor dinner or for the kids to run around. The 3 hole putting green was a great surprise! The kids loved it! Walking distance to everything. Sabrina was incredibly helpful and responsive. First time in IRB and we will definitely be back!
