Room was filthy, it wasn’t clean, the sheets had not been changed since the last visitors and there was hair on the sheets, there was bloody finger prints on the bedroom door/balcony furniture. I want a full refund

Absolutely terrible. There was hair and dust under the bed, a dirt towel left hanging, the shower floor was dirt brown, a ton of hair in the shower drain and smelled like cigarettes.

I was extremely disappointed upon arrival. While the construction around the building was not an issue for me, the condition of the room was unacceptable. There was dust on the floors, hair in the shower, and even a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The shower itself was in very poor condition, with black buildup that appeared as though it hadn’t been properly cleaned in years. I would not recommend this property. However, I would like to note that the receptionist, Daja, was extremely kind and understanding when I checked out, as I ultimately decided not to stay due to the condition of the room. I have photos which I sadly cannot attach to this review.

The freezer was broken and it had frozen water in it. So we couldnt store food properly in the freezer. The floors havent been mopped in months. The washer and dryer had built up grime and i had to clean it thoroughly before using it. The needed to be sanitized. Basically if you stay be prepared to clean and sanitize the room the first 3hrs.

Check in isn’t on property. It’s a ten minute walk away. Elevator broken. Smell of pot rampant throughout hotel. Parking a nightmare. Our room didn’t even have a spot! In our particular room, curtains over windows don’t even darken the room. Also don’t try to check in early. No keys until 4 on the dot. Frustrating stay overall.

We had very cold weather so didn’t use the pool. It was really nice to have a suite. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The couch in the living room was filthy and the one toilet kept running. Very comfortable and nice not to have so much room.
