What a gorgeous, bright, beachfront 3 bedroom 2 bath condo waiting for you to enjoy! This updated retreat has it all, including panoramic views, and proximity to all of the amenities southern Madeira Beach offers. Also right outside your front door are beautiful beaches, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities. Chances are, you will never need to leave!

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The updated kitchen offers granite countertops, newer appliances, and all utilities you will need for your visit. Opening to the beautifully decorated living room, here you will find a large wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD and access to the balcony offering sensational beach views. Enjoy colorful sunsets, a good book or just sit and soak in the sun from this one of a kind vantage point!

All three bedrooms have plenty of space and privacy! The master bedroom has 1 king sized bed with private door to walkout balcony, and television. The second guestroom has 2 queen beds, and television, while the third bedroom has 1 queen. All together, this is a great rental for couples or larger families up to 8 people. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. This unit offers a washer and dryer as well for your convenience. Free WiFi.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.

This unit offers ONE assigned parking spot. There is no additional parking spaces.

Across the street from this unit is popular John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Delivers on location and space

The property was as described, right next to the beach with an oceanfront view. The crowds that congregate in the area however can be a bit trashy (loud, smoking, etc.) but that is John’s Pass in a nutshell. The AC was finicky and there were 0 amenities noted, besides dish soap. Make sure you bring soaps, shampoos, etc. Views were gorgeous from the property but is definitely somewhat dated. Overall a very good experience.

Time for an update

Elevator was functioning for 2 of the 3 days we stayed which meant hiking luggage up and down stairs. Room was pretty outdated. Other that, the location is great. Balcony seemed a little small, couch recliner was in rough shape. Also the link to download the app does not work so we had to call for checkin info. Never heard from the property owner.

We go every year for Thanksgiving first time staying at Beach Place but was very pleased ( even with Elevators down from Hurricane ). Place is beautiful, view is amazing, access to Beach, Sunset, and John's Pass great experience. Only fault...beds and pillows pretty uncomfortable.

Great location

You cannot beat this property for its location which makes up for the slightly dated attributes. Clean property and perfect for my husband and I and our grown children (4). Have friends in the area so when they were there enough space for all. The beach view is perfect. Got to see a lot of boats make their way through the John’s Pass. All in all, a good property.

location is great, view is great. carpet needs replaced BAD, shade on bedroom door to balcony should not be see through....if people are out there they can see you changing clothes if you aren't aware. too bad they can't take some closet space and make at least one bathroom have a walkin shower. overall we would stay again!

Will never stay again

Our unit was absolutely filthy. Minimal amenities in kitchen. Had to request new frying pans as those provided were unusable. Carpets and recliners were filthy. Battery clock dead. I replaced battery. Dishwasher did not clean dishes. Black mold on tub faucet in master bath. Thick coating of dust on dining lights. Our grandson is severe asthmatic. Had to clean vents ourselves and he had to increase meds while there. Table meant for 6 chairs but only 5 provided (and an extra peice of a chair in the cupboard). Music and smoking from public parking area so bad had to close doors at night and unable to use balcony. Those responsible for that jumped fence and used pool at will. Minimal towels provided but yet said unit slept 8. I have pictures if needed. This unit should not be rented to anyone else until updates are done!!!!

Beach getaway

Condo is in a great location near restaurants and shopping. The unit was clean and furniture and beds are comfortable. The view is amazing(you can see dolphins swimming from the balcony). The furniture and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is adequately stocked although there was no wine opener and the knives could use some sharpening. The back bedrooms need black out drapes as the outside lights are very bright even though there are blinds on the windows. The dryer takes 3 hours to dry a load. The heating element is in need of repair. Closet space is abundant but there are only a few hangers. We would stay here again despite these annoyances.

Condo just as advertised, clean, remodeled with great beach front.

Excellent location convenient to restaurants, shopping & sport rentals. Highly recommend the fishing outing. Had a plumbing issue but they quickly resolved. Would have liked to have been supplied with basic necessities like hand ,dish soap & paper towels. All thumbs up with the exception of the paper thin bath towels. Saw more dolphins in our area than I had ever seen.

Clean, comfortable, great view!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The view from the master bedroom and balcony was outstanding. Appliances worked well. Dryer probably could use a new heating element. Water pressure in shower was great. Beds were pretty comfortable. Only complaint was cosmetic. Didn't finish painting in living room and a few balcony chairs broken. And finally the elevator... Extremely slow. The location of the condo was great. Walking distance to John's Pass. Great dining and shopping. Walking the beach was an everyday event. Something for everyone. Had a nice family vacation!

The condo was great! Right on the beach with a large beated pool. Only negatives are the dryer does not work well and they only had two small pans for cooking and the knives for chopping were very dull

Needs updating.

This unit is in a wonderful location. It needs some updating though, with new carpet and new outdoor carpet on the balcony. The kitchen needs to be better stocked. Mattresses need to be replaced also. Overall, it wasn't a bad condo, but a few updates would of made it 5 star.

We have stayed at Beach Place 3 times, different units. This unit was nice however it had the least extras for the beach. One room did not have a TV which is where we had terms who would have liked that.

Great location! Would definitely stay here again!

The place met our needs very well. I would definitely stay at this place again. Right across the street from Johns Pass which is a great area. Carpet was a little worn in bedrooms, but overall everything was great. We ended up leaving early before office opened so didn't get room key deposit back. My fault really. We were not planning to leave that early so didn't go the day before to get it. Make sure you do that the day before as they won't mail it to you and I had $20. I would have gladly sent a stamped envelope to them. I would still go back there again.....great location!
