The wrap-around balcony and extra windows along the North wall of the condo make this 9th-floor unit amazing at every turn. Open the windows to enjoy a delightful sea breeze in this corner unit. The split floor plan features a master suite on the Gulf with two closets, King size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower, plus balcony access and stunning water views. The full-sized, fully equipped kitchen has premium granite, solid wood cabinets, convenient pass-through to the dining space, and GE stainless appliances. The spacious open floor plan offers impressive water views both West and North with sliding glass doors to the balcony. Plenty of comfy seating with a large TV with cable and DVD player. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Amenities were great. Building and grounds are well kept and clean. Our condo unit, however, could use updating and deep cleaning. Baseboards in particular. Yuck. Bedrooms could use light blocking window treatments to keep out the walkway light. We regularly can smell cigarette smoke on the balcony. Even on the 9th floor. Water pressure in bathrooms sinks were an issue. Lighting in the kitchen was dim. We feel when we pay for a premium luxury condo, these things should we considered.

Details

Only 1 of the 2 elevator's work. Long waits when you are waiting for the elevator. Tag for elevator certification says it expires in 2023. Pool maintenance is done during the day so pool was closed until noon some days. Other then that it is a beautiful area and the views from our place were amazing.
