Gorgeous 2BDRM with Private-Heated Pool, Mins From Gulf Coast Beaches And Parks.

*NO HURRICANE DAMAGE* My Florida home is a 2-Bed 1-Bath (+Poolside Shower)single-family home with a private heated pool just 15 mins to St Pete Beach, 28 mins to Clearwater Beach, 14 mins to Indian Shores Beach, 13 mins to North Redington Beach, and literally everything is close by! It offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with a screened lania and solar pool . The fully private, fully enclosed outdoor space is one-of-a-kind with a pool, patio, and lounge chairs for guests to enjoy fully resting vacation.

COMMON AREAS:
The kitchen is fully equipped and with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher). It is fully stocked with pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, cups, plates, silverware and Keurig. Plastic plates and cups are provided for use outdoors and around the pool. The kitchen island has a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools.

The LIVING ROOM features a smart TV with cable and Netflix. Large windows let in plenty of natural Florida sunshine throughout the home.

The dinning area has a table and chairs for dining or breakfast .


THE POOL & BACKYARD:
Lounge poolside in the FULLY PRIVATE POOL AREA and soak up the warm Florida sun! Outdoor pool lounge chairs by the pool space for sunbathing.


Enjoy outdoor living totally screened (no worries about bugs or mosquitoes anymore). . During the evenings, relax outdoors. Backyard and pool area are fully fenced all around, offering complete privacy.

BEDROOMS:
The MASTER BEDROOM SUITE has a King size bed, Smart TV, and desk .

The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen size bed, TV, nightstand, and a closet.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
The home includes beach towels. All bath towels and linens are included for a fuss-free vacation.

Please help us maintain these amenities so that we can continue providing them in the future - please DO NOT WIPE makeup on bath towels or washcloths. DO NOT FLUSH makeup wipes or feminine hygiene. Additional charges may apply for clogs or ruined towels.

Cars must be parked in the driveway, not in the garage or street.

FOR YOUR SAFETY PLEASE NOTE:

POOL & BACKYARD SAFETY: The private pool in the backyard is NOT GATED (the backyard is fenced all around). Children should be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES in the backyard around the pool. All guests as well as any guardians of minors staying at the property take full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of minors, and release the owners/hosts of the property from any personal injury that could occur during their stay.

NO GLASSWARE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA. For your own safety and the safety of the next guests, please use plastic cups and plates. Broken glass inside the pool or in the pool area will incur an additional cleaning fee.

NO DOGS OR PETS OF ANY KIND are allowed in the home.

**Pool Heating Fee:**

Enjoy our state-of-the-art pool heater. Unlike many others that have inadequate heating our heater guarantees a truly warm and enjoyable swim the entire year.

- **Free Heating:** Water will always be heated to **70°F** at no additional cost.
- **$20 per Day:** If you prefer the water at **80°F**.
- **$25 per Day:** For a warmer experience at **86°F**.

Please let me know at least **two days in advance** if you would like the pool heated, so I can ensure it’s comfy for your swim!

Perfect place for family fun

Host was great with communication. House was in a perfect location close to everything we needed- grocery store, gas station, ice cream, etc. Short drive to beaches and easy drive to downtown Tampa. Kids (6 and 4) loved the pool and used it everyday. The grill was also great and cooked on it daily.Excellent stay, our kids loved it and we had a great stay!

Great place for the price

We choose to stay here while vacationing with friends. This house is clean and pretty centrally located to all the beaches. Our kids enjoyed the pool, although it was pretty chilly. I chalk that up to the time of year we went. In all, if we make the decision to go back, we will definitely try to book this house again.

Wonderful stay, close to beaches!

We took our 2 kids on their first ocean vacation, and this house was perfect! Having a pool right out of the back door was awesome and it never got dirty during our 3 night stay because of the nice net surrounding it. Host was wonderful and always answered any questions we had quickly. The house included everything you need for the beach as well, and we visited 3 different beaches while we were there since they were all close by! Great central location. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Perfect Little House!

We loved the openness of the house! My husband wanted a heated pool and this pool did not disappoint! He was able to be in the pool at night and watch the NCAA games on the outdoor TV. Everything about the house was easy and convenient. Mike was very responsive to the few questions I had. Would definitely stay there again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. After driving two days with our kids, and booking this property months ago, the host was unresponsive. We arrived to the property to find a note on the door from another visitor who experienced the same thing the week before and VRBO had to find her and her family other accommodations. VRBO never gave us the heads up that this property was basically abondoned. Pool was green. Luckily we were able to get a refund and book somewhere else. This was extremely disappointing. Bad business.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette charmante maison. Elle est très propre. La piscine chauffée est géniale, surtout lorsque l’air est plus frais à l’extérieur. De plus, l’abri moustiquaire protège légèrement du vent et de tout insectes indésirables, ce qui fut fort agréable. Si vous avez besoin d'un endroit calme et impeccable pour vous reposer, je vous recommande cette propriété.
