Great location.

Location was perfect with plenty of bars and restaurants re-opened. Publix and CVS across the street. Pool and hot tub were re-opening Jan 18 or so. Beach chairs on balcony for sand use.

Dirty and Disappointing

Condo needs to be deep cleaned and maintained better. Towel rack fell off the wall the first night. Bathroom faucet was coming out of the hole in the sink. Condo had a funny odor to it when we arrived. We had to go buy air freshener. I did not feel it was represented well with what the pictures showed on the website as to what it was in person.

St. Pete Beach

Was a good stay. Would have been nice to know the complex was right next to a public parking lot, which made the beach very crowded. Also, the balcony configuration is such that you hear a lot of road noise, which was unexpected considering we selected a gulf facing unit and paid more for it. But the unit was a good size and worked well enough. Not sure I would return for the reasons above. Management could not have been nicer or more accommodating. And check in was super easy and well done.
