Bedroom 1 features a King bed with its own balcony access and attached bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable Queen bed and access to a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower, making this layout ideal for two couples or a family who want privacy on both ends of the unit. A washer and dryer are tucked into the hallway for your convenience throughout your stay.

Building 4 sits across the waterway, so you can kick your feet up on the balcony and watch the action go by day or night. The building is an easy, breezy walk to the pool, hot tub, and the community’s direct beach access, making it simple to bounce between bay views and sand without a long trek.

Land’s End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island spread across 10 buildings, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. On-site amenities include a large heated pool, two hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, a sand volleyball court, shuffleboard, charcoal BBQ grills, community gazebos, and a boardwalk that wraps the property for morning walks or evening strolls. Direct beach access puts the Gulf at your doorstep, while the Intracoastal side is a favorite for spotting dolphins and manatees right from the balcony.

The hot tub was not hot enough. The room could have been cleaner. Very high level of mold smell in this condo. Excellent view! It was wonderful watching the dolphins and sting rays. Weather was great!!

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Condo furniture, well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. Lands End is quiet and well taken care of. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful. Only thing I’d change is upgrading the mattresses which aren’t the best but definitely not the worst either. Would rent again!

Not bad but would not repeat bay location

We’re a 3 generation family that hadn’t traveled since pandemic- high expectations! Unit was well described - clean, well-equipped & cute beach decor. Development was well- maintained & secure - responsive to any needs. Unit needs new mattresses, main bedroom is subject to daily & nightly band music from nightclubs across the narrow bay which meant we didn’t get much sleep all week! Suggest renters consider this location in complex as undesirable.

Condo was not clean, furniture was very uncomfortable, beds uncomfortable. Bathrooms not cleaned.

Land’s End is one of our favorite vacation spots. However, this is the 2nd time for an unclean condo. Bathroom shower head has mildew. Vent completely stopped up, could see urine next to commode, silverware drawer with unclean utensils, dishwasher not only rusted but would not clean nor dry dishes, washer and dryer rusted as well as stove. I could go one, but believe the message is clear.

Very nice condo. Just a minute's walk to the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We picked this condo for a few reasons: 1) It was one of the few condos at Land's End that had four beds. 2) The furniture and appointments appear to be a bit nicer than others. 3) Land's End has a large size swimming pool. All of our expectations were met. We found this condo to be clean, comfortable and spacious. It overlooks the canal and is a minute's walk to the beach or pool. The only negative thing I can say is that the dishwasher failed to get any dishes clean even after running the same dishes twice. We've since notified Resort Rentals about this. You can't go wrong with choosing this unit.

Great Stay for Family of 4

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very updated as far as decor and bathrooms. Some things looked incredibly dusty including fan blades and underneath all furniture. There were no blinds on the main living room windows and there was mold on the master shower head. Be advised this unit is across the bay from caddy’s and they play live music until 10 pm most evenings. Our kids didn’t mind it bc they weren’t on that end of the unit. But it can be loud. The only big negative from our stay: the pool. If you have kids to enjoy playing with balls or dive sticks or toys in the pool they won’t be allowed to do so. Our group of kids aging from 3.5-12 were so disappointed and only went to the pool for 20 minutes all week. They are just a little too strict. Overall this unit is extremely updated and nice and in a great location with a gorgeous view of the bay.
