Location, Location, Location! Carriage House in Historic Old NE District

The Guest House is completely separate from the Main House with a separate entrance, private courtyard and ample parking off the cobblestone streets.

Located in the Historic Old Northeast community of Downtown St. Petersburg, FL, it's interior has been customized by an interior designer to include a full mahogany bar and two charming bedrooms that feel like a little piece of heaven.

The bathroom was completely renovated in June 2024 and features a luxurious, huge walk-in shower with a bench. High-end materials were used in this redesign, including Carrera Marble, gold Moen fixtures and a Grohe rain showerhead.

The house has stunning landscaped gardens complete with a water feature and herb gardens - and plenty of options for outdoor entertaining, or just simply relaxing and reading.

The private courtyard allows you to fire up the outdoor grill and enjoy your meal at a table for six, or enjoy your morning coffee in the courtyard's bistro table while enjoying the sounds of the water feature. The courtyard also features a Bose Sound-system with WiFi connection to enjoy over a romantic dinner. While there are gourmet markets as well as the local farmer's markets available for seasonal, local ingredients, the courtyard also includes a large herb garden to add to your favorite meal.

The location of the property is within walking distance to the local beach, parks, downtown restaurants and the Historic Vinoy Resort.

North Shore Aquatic Complex is located just a couple blocks from the Carriage House.
The pool overlooks the St. Petersburg waterfront. It's open year round and features a 50 meter pool with diving board, 25 meter training pool with zero depth entry, a play pool with a giant flume slide and splash pad.

This spacious, 2-bedroom / 1-bath house is the perfect place to unwind after a day of walking downtown, sitting by the water's edge and sightseeing. Great for a special anniversary celebration, romantic getaway, girls weekend or just a relaxing few days in the sun.

Only 20 minutes from Tampa International Airport, downtown St. Petersburg has some of the best restaurants, boutiques and parks in the Tampa Bay Area.

Positive returns!

Our return visit to the coach house was even better than our first stay! The bathroom was redone majestically! Easy trips to and from the pool and located close to commerce for a grocery run or a dinner downtown.

Great location, great experience!

The house was very clean, well stocked and neatly organized. Located close to St Petersburg downtown in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. Beautiful Old NE St Pete

I had a gut feeling when I saw this listing that it would be right up my alley (as I have always loved this area of St Pete) and I was not wrong ! It was beautiful and Jennifer had all the little details that make a place special including treats and coffee. Our stay was a short one this time but we will definitely stay again when in St Pete.

We stayed here for the St Pete Indy Car Race. The carriage house was better than outlined in the description, the accommodations were outstanding, the location to downtown was excellent, and the house was in a lovely neighborhood.

My husband and I traveled with our dog to St. Petersburg and stayed for two weeks at the carriage house. It was better than described, starting with communication with Jennifer. All instructions were clear and accurate. We felt welcome. Jennifer picked up a pizza and salad and brought it to us because we arrived much later than we expected. No detail was overlooked to make our stay comfortable. Everything was good quality, nothing was missing, which made our stay more enjoyable.Jennifer includes the little things, like coffee pods that just add enjoyment to your stay - no running out to the store for small items, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent. We had fresh flowers and herbs to enjoy. The courtyard was peaceful and comfortable for us and the dog. St. Petersburg has excellent and varied things to do - from museums to farmers markets to beaches to sitting and watching people in the warm sun. This vacation was top notch.The neighborhood is beautiful and we could walk to the water and pier easily.

Home away from home

The Gold Standard

Six weeks of bliss! The carriage house is elegant, comfortable, and ideally located in the Historic NE St. Pete. We appreciated the weekly cleanings, access to the laundry, bike storage, and the beautiful terrace. But what really made this visit special was the kindness and consideration of our hosts, Patrick and Jennifer. From the bottle of wine on arrival to a fabulous dinner on the terrace on departure, Patrick and Jennifer took wonderful care of us. We are looking forward to visiting the Carriage House again.
