We provide starter essentials.4 rolls toilet paper ,Some dish soap, a few Pods for the wash machine and small single bottles of shower toiletries.The Cleaning fee covers the cleaning ,sanitizing, changing linens and towels out so the condo looks as great as the day got arrived for the next guest. It is NOT maid or room service. You as the renter are responsible or taking out your trash, doing Your Dishes and Cleaning any personal items, mess you made while staying. Makes perfect sense I know but sometimes this has to be said.

Just what we needed

We had to evacuate post hurricane Helene and this home was perfect! Pete, the host, has been a delight to deal with. The home is clean, well-appointed with everything we needed and it is right next to the pool! So convenient! Would stay here again!

Great stay!

We had three adults and two children. This was one of my favorite VRBOs! The condo was spacious and had more than enough room to eat and lounge. The place was very clean with a full stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the pool area very much. Overall it was probably one of my favorite places to stay in the Clearwater area. (I visit 2-3 times a year) Hopefully I’ll be able to rent here again.

great stay!

this is our second time staying here and it was perfect for us and our two small kids! The unit is clean, super close to the pool (so your baby monitor will reach!) and spacious. We love that there is laundry available in the unit, and the beds are so cozy! Less than a 10 minute drive the beach and lots of awesome restaurants in walking distance! (You gotta try "abes" and "our place!" Thanks for a great stay!
