Completely remodeled for 2020. All new bathrooms, kitchen and floors! The Marquise 204 is a beautiful 1300sq ft DIRECT beachfront condo! Spectacular views of the beach and sunsets from the comfortable indoor living space and from your private balcony. Being located on the top floor corner, this condo offers a great combination of quiet and privacy. Only one of ten units in this condo building. 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths. More than 12 restaurants within walking distance.

Enjoy your vacation in a condo that has all the comforts of home!
This 2 bedroom unit offers king size beds in both bedrooms and there is a portable Frontgate inflatable bed that can be set up in the living room.. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances. Enjoy great conversation in the dining area. Other conveniences, include: free wifi, 3 flat screen TVs with cable, BluRay, a full washer & dryer, high-quality linens and towels (no beach towels), A/C and ceiling fans in every room, and phone with domestic long-distance and local service. Park your car(s) in covered parking under the building and there is room for your guests, too. A small, personal gas grill is provided. This Condo located on the second floor - NO elevator - stairs to the Condo.

Indian Rocks Beach is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium, the residence of dolphin movie star Winter from Dolphin Tale. For a taste of city life, nearby downtown St. Petersburg, a 20-minute drive from the beach, is home to several world-class art museums, including the renowned Salvador Dali Museum, and popular attractions less than an hour's drive away include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium. For day trips, Orlando, Disney World and Sea World are a 90-minute drive and both the Tampa International Airport and the St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport are within a 30-minute drive.

The condo was very well stocked and clean. The host was very responsive to all our questions. The location is great for walking to restaurants and watching sunsets from the balcony. It is good to be fowarned that there is no elevator and quite a few steps.Proximity to the beach is great.

50th Anniversary

Everything about our stay worked out better than we even expected. It was wonderful. The sunsets were beautiful and the location was perfect for getting around to the different restaurants that we enjoyed and Scott was very responsive when I had a couple questions anyone who visits this unit will be very pleased as we were.

Wonderful IRB gulf-front property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunny Days! The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Great location with restaurants in walking distance. The only negative thing was the shower heads; either a poor design or low pressure made washing our hair challenging though this was a minor issue. We would definitely stay again when in the area which we visit several times per year.

Second Visit

This was our second stay at this property and once again it was the perfect beach stay for my husband my I. The weather was cooler during our stay so we were able to have the patio door open and listen to the waves all day long. Great place to set out on a long beach walk either direction from the property and several nearby restaurants. We chose not to rent a vehicle this time and just walk everywhere. We only eat breakfast and fast lunches at the unit because we prefer to eat suppers out, but the kitchen appeared to have everything a guest would need to just show up with your groceries and never have to leave the unit except to head out to the beach. Communication with the owners was great and we felt that had there been any issues (there were none), they would have been on top of it since it is owner managed. Thank you Scott & Estelle!

Perfect Beach House

Absolutely loved the location of this rental. The house was spacious and updated with appliances , cable, fixtures, dishes, etc.. The beach toys were a great treat for the ocean. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The owners left suggestions on the white board with restaurant recommendations, they were delicious, especially Slyce. You were able to view the sunrise and sunset. My only suggestion would be to update the master mattress and offer firmer pillows. The mattress was extremely noisy and too soft. The pillows were down (I think) and for me and my husband, uncomfortable. Overall this is a family friendly town, close to Clearwater but not as busy. Everything is within walking distance and the beach is literally in your back yard. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect!

Location & view to the beach couldn't have been better. The condo was perfect for our 2 couples. The 2nd bathroom had a doorway from the bedroom & hallway & the king bed was very comfortable. Although we did not cook during our 5 night stay, it had everything you would need. Chairs & umbrellas for the 4 of us was really nice to have. We have stayed in the area once before, but Scott's place was the best.

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Balcony overlooking the ocean was awesome! Within walking distance of really good restaurants and in a very nice area. Had chairs and beach supply's as well in the storage area. Commutation was easy and very quick with the owners as well.

Location, Location, Location! Recent, tasteful renovations & all the toys make this one shine!

Stayed at Scott's amazing condo while celebrating my parents anniversary and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Would 100% stay here again! Location (on the Gulf): We wanted Gulf-front and the Marquise delivered! Nothing between you and the water but a perfect beach with precious few tourists. We walked on the soft, powdery sand morning and sunset. If it's too hot to stay outside, just step out on the balcony for a moment and enjoy the sound of the waves whenever you please. Location (within the Building): Scott's unit is (1) on a corner and (2) on the top floor. Couldn't get any better! No one above you and none of the bedrooms share walls with other units. Perfect! Please note that this building is only 2 floors, so there is no elevator. Even my aging parents said they would rather hustle up the stairs instead of dealing with tons of people at one of the taller buildings with elevators. Location (proximity to Tampa): The Marquise is ideally situated just south of a major east-west thoroughfare which means you don't have to deal with slow beach traffic. We met friends in Tampa several times without issue. That said, there are several top-notch eateries and a CVS nearby so no particular need to drive at all. If the location trifecta isn't enough to convince you that you've found "the one", take a look at the photos. The entire unit has been renovated. New bathrooms, new kitchen, new floors, new paint, etc. etc. Scott's team did a great job thinking of everything. The kitchen was fully-stocked. There are large TVs in every living space. The beachside storage unit has a cache of lounge chairs, floats, and a grill. Truly fantastic and restorative visit. Can't wait to return.

Everything We Needed!

The condo was just what my friends and I needed for a week on the beach! The view was amazing, and the direct access to the ocean was used daily. There were so many shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. I would stay here again!

The condo was immaculate it was beautiful! The view of the ocean was beautiful! We enjoyed our week. Mr. DeMuesy was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. The beach was a lot busier than I was hoping for, but it was July. Would love to go during the off season.

Perfect location

We were looking for a place that was short walk to restaurants overlooking the beach. This property was just what we were looking for. Lots of dining options! CVS also within walking distance for quick, last minute items we needed. Quiet condo and peaceful beach. Beach equipment and chairs in the ground floor closet were great. Would definitely book again!

We had a great stay at Marquise 204 Beachfront. It's in a great location and the ocean views were very nice. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The condo itself is in great shape with all modern appliances. It's truly a very nice place to stay. Located in a great area plenty of things to do within walking distances. We will defiantly go back. The ownership (Scott) was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Comfortable condo right on the beach

My husband, his mother, and I all stayed for a week and had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The condo had everything we needed to cook. The view was amazing. We saw such beautiful sunsets. We were close enough to several restaurants to walk to. Beach umbrellas and chairs were provided which was a definite plus since we spent every day there. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!
