Welcome to Pier House Condos, located directly on Indian Rocks Beach! Enjoy being a quick walk to anything you could need, and being just steps from the sand, too! IRB has a small beachy town vibe, perfect for relaxation and making memories with your loved ones.
This exceptional 4th floor retreat has all the luxuries and updates you're looking for, with the necessities and comforts of home, too. Upon entering you'll be in awe at every detail that has been attended to in this 2 BR, 2 BA condo- from the tasteful decorations and furnishings, to the high end finishes throughout. This spacious condo boasts 1,330 sqft of living space- with an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen that is highlighted by 20' of double sliding glass patio doors leading to the balcony. The wall to wall turtle glass drastically cuts the glare, allowing for mesmerizing views of Indian Rocks Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
The guest bedroom features a new queen sized bed, closet, and HD Smart TV + Roku. The renovated guest bathroom is down the hall and has an over-sized soaking tub & shower.
The large master suite has a new king sized bed, reading lights, HD Smart TV + Roku. The private attached master bathroom has quartz double sink vanities, California walk-in closet, full length mirrors, and a new, beautifully tiled spa-like shower.
Down the hall is the main living space, complete with the living room, dining room, kitchen, and access to the 4th floor balcony, all over looking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. There is a desk in the living room in case you have to work from paradise, and plenty of comfortable seating around the large smart TV in the living room for relaxing and catching up on your favorite shows. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances for making your favorite home cooked meals or snacks, quartz counter tops, NEW water-in-the-door refrigerator with double ice maker, both kinds of coffee makers for your convenience, and a blender for beach and boat drinks. Enjoy bar stool seating off the kitchen, or have dinner with a beachfront view at the dining table.
Outside the wall of sliding glass doors is the large balcony with an unobstructed view of the beach, pool and hot tub, and Gulf of Mexico. There are plenty of comfortable seats for everyone, and a table for happy hour snacks and beverages, all while enjoying a front row seat to our breathtaking sunsets.
Some more extras include free, secure, & unlimited high speed wireless internet, full sized washer and dryer, and use of beach chairs and an umbrella while you're here. You also have access to multiple community amenities like one assigned covered parking space, secure elevators, beachfront geo-thermal heated pool & hot tub, community grill space, sundeck with loungers, and direct beach access.
Pier House is unbelievably conveniently located too. The Original Crabby Bill's, a coffee shop, bakery, ice cream shop, CVS pharmacy, Slyce Pizza, Kooky Coconut, Anecdote micro-brewery, JD's Restaurant & Lounge, VIP Mexican, PJ's Oyster Bar, Guilty Sea sports bar, Jake's Cantina, Villa Gallace and more are all within 3 blocks of your door plus others are just a few blocks further. Take the trolley up North towards Clearwater Beach and Pier 60, or South towards John's Pass Boardwalk and St. Pete Beach for more adventure just a short distance away.
